I bought this power bank mainly for holidays and days out, and it has been excellent. One of the things that has impressed me most is how well it holds its charge between uses. It can sit in a drawer for weeks or even months, and when I need it, it is still ready to go. That gives me confidence that I am not going to be caught out with a flat phone battery when I am away from home. The 20,000mAh capacity provides plenty of power, easily giving multiple charges to my phone over the course of a trip, and the 22.5W fast charging keeps my devices topped up quickly. I have not experienced any issues with connectivity; it recognises my devices immediately and charging starts as soon as it is connected. The digital display showing the remaining battery percentage is also far more useful than the usual four LED lights, making it easy to see exactly how much charge is left. It is also very straightforward to use. There is no complicated setup or guesswork involved; simply connect your device (USB-A or USB-C) and it gets on with the job. Even during longer charging sessions, I have found that it only becomes slightly warm, never excessively hot. It is not the lightest or smallest power bank available. If you are looking for something to carry in your pocket all day, you may find it a little bulky. Likewise, while the 22.5W charging speed is more than sufficient for most phones (I use quite a large phone with a large battery) but there are faster options on the market if charging speed is your highest priority. However, for the way I use it, these are only minor compromises. For reliability, battery life, ease of use and value for money, I have been very pleased with this purchase. I’ve been using this INIU 20000mAh bank for a year now, mainly to keep my iPhone 17 Pro and iPad alive during long commutes. If you’re looking for something that can survive a 3-day camping trip without needing a wall outlet, this is a solid contender. ​The Good: ​Fast Charging is Legit: My iPhone 17 hits about 60% in roughly 30 minutes. It supports the 22.5W PD 3.0, which is a massive jump over the old-school 5W bricks. ​The Digital Display: Most power banks have those vague 4 little dots. This has a clear LED percentage. It’s a small thing, but knowing I have exactly "23%" left instead of "maybe one dot" prevents a lot of battery anxiety. ​USB-C In & Out: I love that the USB-C port works both ways. I use one cable to charge my phone from the bank and the same cable to recharge the bank itself. ​The Flashlight: I thought the built-in LED was a gimmick until I dropped my keys under the car seat last night. It’s actually surprisingly bright (just double-tap the power button to turn it on). ​This is a 20,000mAh battery—it has some "chonk" to it. It’s about the weight of a can of soda. You won’t forget it’s in your pocket, but it’s the price you pay for that much capacity. ​The matte finish looks great out of the box, but after a week in my backpack with my keys, it’s already picking up some scuffs. I’d recommend using the little mesh pouch it comes with. ​Final Verdict: It’s easily the best value-for-money high-capacity bank I’ve owned. Review: I absolutely love this power bank. It exceeded my expectations and is definitely money well spent. I'm a very active cyclist doing Uber Eats and Just Eat deliveries, so I needed something reliable. I tested it by keeping my phone connected almost all day during my deliveries, and the power bank still had over 60% battery left. It's compact enough to fit in a pocket, feels well made, and the digital display makes it easy to check the battery level. It also has a small built-in flashlight and can charge up to three devices at the same time. Another big plus was the delivery. It arrived very quickly here in the UK, which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend it. Excellent value for the price!

It tells you to take a screenshot of the QR code, and to activate the 3yr warranty by going to product support. That does nothing! I ended up calling them as it's a tad confusing. Their customer service agent said as it was purchased through Amazon, the 3yr warranty is automatically in place as soon as you receive it! The wording and instructions regarding the warranty need to be changed to avoid confusion. It was partly charged when it arrived at 50%. It took 3h 16m 2s to charge to 100% which I was impressed with. I bought it for compatibility with my Samsung Z-Flip 4, and to use while in London for a 2 day concert. It slotted easily into my A4 size bag for the concert at the O2 & there were no issues taking it into the arena. When we left the hotel my phone had 52% charge. I plugged it in & by the time we got outside the O2, about 25m, it was fully charged & had only used 14% of my power bank. I used it to charge my phone from just above 40% 3 more times while away. I still had 37% left of charge when I got home. I like that it has a detachable cable, as I've had issues with bent cables on a cheaper power bank. It has 3 ports. 1 USB C, input & output, so you can charge your device & recharge the power bank in the same slot. It also has 2 USB-A ports, so in total you can charge 3 devices at once, or charge 2 and recharge the power bank at the same time. With 1 click of the side button the power level digitally lights up. With a double click a bright little torch turns on & off. I like that function. Although it is a little heavier than some other models, I didn't feel any difference when it was in my bag. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Best power bank I’ve ever owned! Charges up quick and the battery lasts ages, got at least 3 full charges. Small enough to keep in a handbag. Easy to move around. Weighs more than others I’ve had but I think that’s just because it’s got a decent battery in it. Super easy to use. Great value for what it does. Highly recommend.

It can charge my phone 3 times it can support fast charge if you do the USB C to USB C but only if you just use the USB C port, come with 3 ports, 2 for USB A and in the middle a USB C one for fast charging it also has an in built light and it comes with a soft pouch, however it can take a few hours to fully charge, so overall I think it was a good buy and money well spent as I have had it for quite a long time now and it didn't cost me that much it is solidly made I have dropped it a few times (chairs height on carpet) and it is still working it has a nice feel and feels like someone put effort in to it the display is excellent its brightness and clarity is a whole nother level it's size is what you expect but it is weight is a bit heavier than I originally thought it would be but after all it is a power bank to charge it just plug a cable into the middle USB C port it works both ways and supports fast charging both ways, so for the price I paid for it and what it has provided for me it is a yes for me if you want a budget friendly solid well made power bank that does what it is supposed to do. As a buyer i heavily rely on good reviews so i wrote this to help other buyers who are in the same situation as i was.

I purchased this before Christmas but have only just needed to use it as an emergency power pack. It is very impressive as it held all of its initial charge from months ago and very quickly charged up my iPad. It usefully has two standard USB ports and a USB C port. It’s a great bit of kit. Comes with a bag which easily holds a couple of different, short charging leads. Good value for money and widely compatible with various devices.

I've had this for almost a year and it is hands down the best powerbank I've ever had the pleasure of owning. It gets charged and emptied daily and it's still as good as it was in beginning. Can't recommend this enough!

Do I recommend it , Short Answer Yes! I’m dept review I bought this because of the changing in times we are living in & the power going out here in Ireland, been in my mid 30’s it’s honestly unheard of the power going down But it happens more & more often unfortunately this is why I bought it & to update for ones I bought years ago with a well known safe brand I own over ten power banks, This build quality is in the top 3 it really is! You get a full 3 year warranty with it It’s super sleek , it’s Really well made , it’s small it’s not that heavy for the mAh it’s really not It has a really nice display that’s big & clear , mine came with 55% which is the norm You get a USB A to USB C cable it’s not long maybe 6/7 inches ( that’s my only con which is nitpicking as they often don’t come with one ) The packaging is really nice , it’s very straight forward, push on , 2 fast pushes for the LED Light & sane to turn off super easy. Been USB C , It can recharge a lot faster & it’s really quick to charge my IPhone 11 usb A to Lighten People might think it’s heavy , For the power 20,000mAh it’s really not! , it’s really sleek & has a soft feel like velvet is the best way I can explain it but it’s really sturdy! Buy it! *EDIT - UPDATE* - I charged this to 90% ( btw is the norm don’t charge to 100% and put stress on the batteries just sitting there as it’s just sitting there ) So 7 weeks later I checked it today 5th of June 2025 , it’s still at 90% & I plugged it in my phone for 15 mins , didn’t get hot , works perfectly as expected with the build quality reviews & from tech sites it’s the cheap but amazing quality powerbank ( build quality is my number 1 and it meets it it’s no different than my Ankler or Ugreen ) now I know I can put this in the drawer knowing when the power goes Click! I’m good , is such a peace of mind , this is the very same quality as Ankler & Ugreen imo, power is power at the end of the day , yes INIU is a new company, but with millions sold in the states & all over Europe & no horror stories, it’s such a peace of mind , also it’s not heavy IMO , it’s not it weight is about 4 times your phone ( if that is heavy to you ) if you are going out for a day long train or an overnight event 10,000mAh is Loads , imo this is for an emergency , I can’t rate it higher for the cost , build quality , power holding , and the price in around €20 quid it’s such a steal , Said I’d update to help someone to decide!
