A real lemon!
This laptop has been a lemon from the get go. As soon as it was too late to return it was not only out of storage capacity, it would not restart after shutting off. Finally giving up and sending it to a recycler.

Disappointed With This Laptop
The speed is very slow, it processes video very slowly, and it's very unproductive. I expected more.

Completely non-functional. No refund received.
The computer didn’t even turn on properly — the screen wouldn’t load at all and it was extremely slow when it did respond. It was completely unusable from the start. I requested a refund and returned the item 10 days ago, but I haven’t received any update or refund. Very disappointed with both the product and the service.
