I used about three bottles of this hoping to see some difference. I am not sure if I did nor didn't. I felt nothing, no benefits in energy or clearer thinking and certainly didn't lose any weight. I don't know anything about mushroom supplements but read that they could help with all those things, especially sharper memory. These are easy to swallow and have no scent to them which was good. I just can't say one way or another if this supplement works. I guess the question is, how many months do you have to take these to see a difference. I did not notice any ill side effects.

Ordered this for my boyfriend and I. No side effects and no funky aftertaste. The pill is easy to swallow. We just started drinking this a few days ago but we've seen an immediate improvement with our energies before our gym workout days.
