Great product, Fits perfectly 03 Honda Element
Fit perfectly on my 03 Honda Element, AWD, 5-Speed, EX. Was installed in less than an hour. Everything was plug and play and had no issues. If needed to remove, it can be done since there was no welding, just bolts. Price seems fair for quality. Hardware to install it was included; the quality looks well. I've had it installed for just shy of a year now and haven't had any issues with it.I use it to tow an A-liner camper and have had no issues. Does not come with any trailer wiring, I bought those separate.

Very straightforward installation! No drilling required!
I like the fact that this hitch fits very well and is well engineered with 3 points of attachment and 6 holes on the hitch. It took me about 1 hours including gathering the correct tools. A couple of hints to make the installation easier: 1) Drive the rear wheels onto a pair of car ramps and blocked off the front wheels (hand break on, of course, and level ground). This helps to create room for the installation, and 2) Tape the 4 largest washers onto the inside side of each hole on the car frame. This helped line them up before lifting the hitch onto place so it frees your hand to push the bolts through the holes (Bolts, smaller washers, and sleeves need to be assembled and pushed through the frame holes first). I then loosely screwed on the 4 nuts onto the bolts that are running through the frame and then through the hitch wings. Before tightening them, I worked on securing the U- bolt with the respective nuts before tightening the nuts on the hitch wings. The correct torques are on the instruction sheet. This hitch replaces an old rusty oem that was installed 15 years ago. Hopefully, it will last as long or until we decide to sell the car!

Easy install
Take one of the long bolts and install it from the outside of the frame. Take one of the sleeves and install it from the inside of the frame over this bolt leaving about an inch of the sleeve sticking out. Install one of the 3/4" flat washers over the sleeve and using blue painters tape secure the flat washer in place top and bottom. It's important to now remove the sleeve first then the bolt. Do this for all 4 mounting holes so you have the 3/4" washers taped in place. Now install all 4 bolts and sleeves leaving about 1/8" of the bolt sticking out past the taped washer. Here is where a helper comes in handy. Attach the U bolt from the vehicle tie-down hook to the receiver hitch but only tighten it until the nuts are flush with the U bolt threads. This supports the weight of the hitch while you position it to the frame and slide the bolts through. Tighten everything up and you're done. Oh, remember to wear safety glasses. Dirt and debris plus working overhead with tools.

Iโve installed more challenging floor mats.
(Iโm a professional maintenance technician as well as someone who restores vintage motorcycles, Iโm not new to wrench turning. That said this is my first row frame install)Above disclosure out of the way Iโve installed air filters that were a bigger challenge and more frustrating. This thing went in so smoothly it was easier than a lot of OEM parts.Make sure to read the instructions, donโt just wing it with something as critical as this. I may be on the road behind you.2007 Honda Element. Car has a salvage title and I bought it as something to thrash. The vehicle has displayed โbentโ characteristics in the past so I was a little worried about fitment.EasyAsSundayMorning.Make sure you do what they tell you to do with the washers and spacers.Make sure you torque everything down properly. If you donโt have a torque wrench tighten the four large bolts until you feel everything snug up. Youโll feel the nut bottom out against the internal spacer.A little tip is to put the U bolt up over the loop it rests on before the frame is tightened down all the way. If not youโll need to perhaps tap it in place and then you may damage threads. Not the end of the world just easier to think ahead.

Great hitch
Installed by myself today, took about an hour once I figured out that I needed the floor jack. Getting the washers on the inside was the hardest part. It looks great, and I have no doubt that it will work fine.Draw-tite should think about attaching the washers to those spacers with some glue or something to make this a little easier.

For my Honda Element
Would have taken about an hour to install if I hadnโt dropped a spacer inside the car frame lol. Fit perfectly. Only con is that the bracket for the wire connector makes putting the hitch pin difficult.

Perfect fit, High quality product and heavy duty. Happy to Recommend.
After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical but I have to say its a pleasure writing a good review on this tow Bar. The Fit was absolutely perfect on my 2006 Honda Element. I have to give this an A+ on Quality too. The directions are very clear and The parts are complete. Some reviews said they had some issues installing this product. My advice to them is, "read the directions and use your brain." Note, The bolts go in first from the outside of the frame, then install the sleeves over the bolts from the opposite direction. Its in the directions, If you try to install the sleeves from the outside of the frame with the bolts. They won't fit. Hence the other review about drilling holes bigger. Thats my guess.Great job engineering this tow bar and thank you for a high-quality Tow Bar at a reasonable price.
