Unit did not come with instructions.** A: The igniter was to long for my burner to put the lid on so I use lighter to light flame. I’m sure I could have used spacers to make shorter but I’m good with lighter. **Q: I’m hearing clicking noises but I’m not seeing a spark with igniter. Do I supposed to adjust the gap space of the igniter** A: You have a wire that is too close and the arc is happening somewhere else. Check the insulation where the wires meet the igniter. If you hear clicking the it must be firing. The igniter is strong enough to arc over a 1/4 of an inch and can be seen in daylight clearly. **Q: Can you adjust the flame height?** A: Yes the 1/4 turn gas valve allows you to adjust the gas flow, which will change the flame height. **Q: Does it automatically shut off the gas if the flame goes out?** A: No, it doesn’t ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Please answer question *by M***I on December 10, 2020* I have a question I Purchased this unit but the wall thickness of my fire pit is very deep and the igniter does not reach flame.Do you have a longer igniter wire Or can you tell me how to extend the existing one ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by D***D on August 18, 2025* Easy to install. Works well. A little difficult to get igniter lined up, but once you do it’s great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, missing mounting screws *by D***N on June 2, 2023* This thing is pretty well made with the exception of the ignitor button, which is made with cheap plastic parts. I'm anxious to see how long it lasts. Also, there was no screw or nut for mounting the ignitor. I shouldn't have to buy that, it should be included. ## Frequently Bought Together - Skyflame Fire Pit Gas Burner Spark Ignition Kit - Including Push Button Igniter, 1/2 Straight Gas Key Valve with Key, Black - Skyflame LP Burner Connection Kit, Propane Fire Pit Replacement Parts with 1/2" Control Valve Key Set, 0~30PSI Adjustable Gas Pressure Regulator Hose, 60" Connect Hose, 150K Brass Air-Mixer - Skyflame Round Fire Pit Burner Pan Fire Bowl with Burner Ring - Drop-in Style - Made of Stainless Steel - 19 inch --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/69999032-skyflame-fire-pit-gas-burner-spark-ignition-kit-black](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/69999032-skyflame-fire-pit-gas-burner-spark-ignition-kit-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
