This is so well done. Nice set of animals. And there is even a parakeet, my favorite!

My grandson loves these exotic birds and they are sturdy and realistic looking and great for any age even for a three year old.

it's a nice variety of small birds. The hummingbird can pretend to flit to and from the flower (interlocking, but easily removed) It's nice to have a couple beautiful ibis. The quetzel doesn't like to balance , but it's still a nice bird. Obviously there are details that don't translate well to size and medium, but overall a very nice and relatively accurate variety of birds. My kids are having fun playing with them. If you have children that are known to teeth things, I'd say go with something a little larger as a safety issue though. The globe on the top of the container spins. And is connected to the toob as part of a hinged top. The bottom is an alternate method of taking out. Wouldn't use as storage case because fit's a bit close on cockatoo/ macaws. Overall, satisfied with the purchase. Birds a bit on small size, but nicely done. Not in relative size to each other. (Display picture shows actual relative size to each other. ) Hope helpful.

I have a bird, especially flamingo, obsessed child who was completely delighted to open up this pack of little friends. Most of them sleep in his bed with him. They are sturdy, realistic enough for authentic bird play. They really are bright, cheerful little things. We usually are Schleich snobs, but they don't have a flamingo for a decent price. I'm glad we tried Safari Ltd this time--great value for price, excellent toys. We're quite pleased. I wish I'd found these in time for his birthday. They would have been perfect on a birthday cake.

I have a four-year-old grandson who loves animals of all kinds. Right now his passion is birds. I ordered these so he could learn the names of some birds and so he could play with them to supplement a DVD we have about birds. He loves them, but I knew he would. We have purchased several sets of TOOBs to feed his love of animals and are never disappointed in them or in the larger Safari animals. They are a quality product. They are sturdy enough to play with, realistically colored, and visually correct to aid in identification. TOOBs will continue to be a staple in our toy budget as long as he is passionate about animals.

I almost gave this product a five. However, the product listing says it comes with 13 plastic toys in the title, 12 plastic toys in the description, and 11 toys shown in the picture. In reality, the picture is accurate. The TOOB comes with a cockatoo, a flamingo, a humming bird, a hibiscus flower, a blue and gold macaw, a snowy owl, a green parrot, an ibis, a parakeet, a quetzal, and a toucan. There is a great feature on safariltd.com where you can look at an online encyclopedia page with detailed information about each bird, but a few of the birds don't seem to be included. The figurines look great. I look forward to including them in my preschool zoology lessons.

Used these to decorate a birthday cake.

I purchased this solely for the sulfur-crested cockatoo, which I painted to resemble a Goffin's cockatoo as closely as possible. All the birds species are nicely done and packaged carefully to protect delicate parts. I didn't purchase this as a toy for young children, but for an art project. Older children with an interest in birds would like it, but the parts are too small and delicate for little kids. The plastic tube in which they arrived is the same as other sets from this manufacturer, but I had some difficulty getting the birds out of it and had to cut it so I can't use it to store the birds I'm not using.

Son de buena calidad, estaría muy bien que trajera la lista de los nombres de los pájaros, por eso le doy 4 estrellas pero son muy didácticos para enseñar a los niños animales aéreos, se pueden usar en bloques, con arena o con hielo etc.

The quality is OKish, but I think it's too pricy. Some of them not stable to stand alone.

We have a big table, that I made out of a tree for grandkids. Originally a dinosaur table? They decided to change to a jungle. Lol 🤣, now looking for monkeys? Can't find any?

Our grandsons love them.
