I’m giving it a 3 star because the internal lining is smaller than the external bag. The bottom of the external bag expands, but the inner liner does not. The sides also feel off. Maybe if the liner were sewn to the external bag it wouldn’t feel like this. So when I’m taking things out of the bag, the liner gets in the way. I bought this bag for the size, but the internal size is so much smaller that it’s hard to carry more then a few things in it. I’m a mom of three and carry a couple of diapers and wipes, notebook, wallet, and some snacks and water bottle.
