Ok, 4 days ago I started drinking this tea. I weighed 283 lbs. It's Saturday morning, I now weigh 273 lbs! WHAT??? I lost 10 lbs in less than a week!!! This stuff really WORKS!!! The taste is ok. Not overly fruity. It does knock out the morning food cravings. Allows me to fast longer.

Tastes really good! Not a big tea drinker but this tastes more like juice! Will be ordering again. Definitely worth getting the bigger bag though if you're really wanting to try it

This “tea” is no good, do not waste your money.I’ve had Yerba Mate and this flavor is very artificial, my stomach hurt after drinking it. Just took it for three days and is in the trash now.Also, this brand “tea” color is way darker and murky.Do not buy this one!!! you can’t return it!Now I’m out $47This is awful! I

I am not as big of a fan of the flavor but if you are looking to be full all day then this is the drink for you.

Great flavor. Thirst quencher. A little goes a long way. Good value for the money. Repeat purchase. Will buy again.

I got the mango one, it tastes good. None of the ingredients in here are for appetite suppressant so I don't know why people would think they wouldn't be hungry when they drink it. I got it to try and cut out caffeine which is an appetite suppressant,also why people who drink it in the morning tend not to eat breakfast. In fact drinking water (basically this is just flavor water) activates hunger hormones after fasting, ie sleeping all night and not eating for 8 ish hrs. But I have been taking it for a few days and haven't noticed anything other than being more hungry. I still want to drink my coffee all day long. Side note, coffee keeps me pretty regular if you know what I mean and without it I have not been able to do my business. The ashwiganda is supposed to be helpful for that but as of yet it's not.

This is a really good blend! It taste really good. I add in a lil extra stevia for a sweetness boost and coconut milk & it's absolutely delicious!! It doesn't give me a jolt of energy but it doesn't waken my mind & help with brain fog.It's much better ingredients and cheaper than the brand that's all over tic tic. The only downside is that is hard to find in stock and Amazon is the only place I've been able to find it!

If you love tea (like my husband)you will love this...if you can't stand the stuff (like me) then skip it cause it's very VERY strong tea
