Works great the vacuum mop combo is a game changer with kids and a dog

I recommend a very good vacuum cleaner to anyone who is looking for such a cleaning vacuum cleaner. But I returned it and ordered another model that cleans with hot steam, this is the manufacturer. This vacuum cleaner does not wash with hot steam, it washes with plain cold water. You definitely need a place for all the storage. Because this vacuum cleaner has too many parts. But in my professional opinion, this is a very high-quality vacuum cleaner for a good price, two in one .

To be fair, I own a Dyson V7 Animal and I love it; so I’m comparing this vacuum to that and I made some assumptions when I ordered it, which may be why I’m not fully impressed. First, the good…the vacuum(s) are well made, come with what you need to use them, and so far, seem to work well. Everyone is going to be looking for different things in their vacuum. For me, the wet/dry vacuum is secondary to the stick vacuum and this is probably why I am a little disappointed. This set really focuses on the wet/dry vacuum. The two vacuums share a “power pack” for lack of a better word that is both the motor and the battery. It detaches from one and attaches to the other to switch vacuums. Makes sense, I guess, and saves money. But the power pack can only be charged on the wet/dry vacuum, not the stick vacuum. One of the things I love most about my Dyson is that it hangs up on the wall charger in my pantry and takes up almost no space. The Roborock set can only be charged by using the floor stand for the wet/dry vacuum, and there is no wall charger option or accessory. And the floor stand takes up a pretty significant amount of space…mostly for a wet/dry vacuum that I may use occasionally, but not often. Other people may feel differently, but for me, I would be much happier if there was an option for a wall-mounted charger for the stick vacuum. If you intended to separate the two vacuums into different rooms or different floors of your house, you’re going to run into an issue since there is only one power pack and one charger. I will also say that the written instructions are not great. Presumably they expect you to go watch their videos, which I find to be a hassle. For example, the written instructions tell you how to change modes from AUTO/MAX/ECO but it doesn’t explain what those modes are or how they are different. Bottom line, it seems to be a well made product that may be the cat’s meow for some people, but could use some improvements in my opinion.

I love it! I have been using it for 2 months and it is totally worth it! Saves time, reaches everywhere, maneuvers well, powerful like a vacuum should be in contrast to Tineco that is useless as a vacuum. It has a little bit of annoying sound of the wheels sometimes if I pull it to fast, it does not notify when the water tank is empty, and you will need to keep an on the self cleaning as it stops if the battery is low and does not resume, you also will need to clean the dirty water tank properly to make sure it does not smell (means disassemble it and clean every part with some dump cloth), and it is not a magic pill, you will still need to spot clean from time to time, and it takes time to get used to it pulling forward all of the time. But all in all, my floors are more often clean, moping is now a pleasure and the best part, my home mates are now also engage into moping floors and vacuuming car. Pleasant benefits my furniture and other hard to reach places like closet rails are also more clean. I also love the versatility, that I can use the dry one and I won’t need to clean it after the use if it is a small dry mess.

Super lightweight, super easy to clean, powerful suction, all in one/multipurpose vacuum and mop! So here’s the deal, I owned the roborock dyad combo until it died on me. I was going to repurchase that but then saw this newer model. Wow! Get this one!! The drying / cleaning mode for the roller is a game changer to keep it clean This thing has so many functions ! Instead of buying a separate vaccum with terrible suction and then having to use a mop bucket for the whole house (🥵) , this things saves about an hour and a half on cleaning time! I actually look forward to vaccum and milking twice a week now! Don’t get me wrong, I still pull out the old mop and bucket once a month at least to get a super deep clean, but this things helps maintain the cleanness the rest of the month and takes me 30 min to do my whole house!! I have a rug that sheds like crazy (🙄) and this vaccums it up like a charm and doesn’t get clogged. I bought this with my own money, so it’s not incentivized (although I wish it was!) Bottom line, best all in one tool - battery life is tremendous compared to other machines I’ve had. Worth every penny!

One of the best cordless house vacuums I've had the pleasure of using! Comes part and parcel with a floor cleaner as well, which makes a nice combo! Between the vacuum and floor cleaner, you get a single battery, which has its own screen to let you know the battery life and speed that its currently running on. The vacuum portion is lightweight, but doesn't lack for power where it's needed. It works excellently on all surfaces, whether its a smooth hardwood floor, or carpet. It pulls up all the dirt out of carpets with ease. Throwing it on the highest level of suction when needed really gets in there deep! With it fully assembled on the floor attachment, you can get real low to the ground to slide this vacuum under tight spaces like your bed. When you want to use the floor cleaner, you transfer the same battery from the vacuum to the floor cleaner, add the cleaning agent and water needed, and go to town on your hardwood/solid flooring. It provides a superb clean, and when you are done, you can use the perform a self cleaning (when it's docked into it's dock) which makes cleaning out the device a breeze. Only a single complaint I have, which docks it no stars, is the face the battery can only be charged when connected to the floor cleaner. I wish it could also be charged while in the vacuum as that's what I use far more. Both tools work amazingly well. We primarily use just the main mopping tool. Sometimes use the vacuum for larger items on hard floors or small messes on light-pile carpets. Mop is great for almost any spill or mess. No need to sweep or vacuum first with most crumbs. Has multiple settings for cleaning power needed. Tested with flour, rice, and sweet & sour sauce. Both picked up the dry materials first pass. Mop removed all sweet and sour on pullback pass. Very easy to articulate and steer. Both tools lay completely flat to the floor and still function. Build quality and materials are really good. You can tell this isn't just another cheap knock off product. Everything works perfectly. From the self cleaning and drying to vacuuming cracks in car seats. Battery pack and vacuum are one powerful unit that swaps between the two different tools. Price initially seemed really high but now looks actually really fair.

I’m disappointed in this… the suction isn’t great, it doesn’t roll well on the floor, doesn’t vacuum hardly at all on low pile rug. Feels cheap and unbalanced. Battery switching is irritating, the canister fills up fast and it loses suction and it lets debris fall out when it’s turned off! Overall for the cost I really expected something much better. I wish I had my Dyson back. :( Wish I was still in return window.
