I’ve been seeing these on social media for the last couple of weeks. I was skeptical, but for the price, I decided to give them a try. They came in today and I took them to the gym with me. 10/10 highly recommended these. They fit perfectly to the natural contour of my hand. They don’t feel unnatural or bulky. To be honest, they’re barely noticeable. They provide a much more secure grip than bare hands, and the heavier weights didn’t feel like they were slipping when my hands started getting a little sweaty. I also noticed that my grip didn’t tire out as fast and I felt like I had a good solid grip even on the failure reps. Anyone that’s been going to the gym for awhile knows what I’m talking about when I mention the burn/tingling you get across your palm when you let go of the bar from lifting heavier weight, the area where calluses form on your palm,,well that was non-existent when I used these grips. Plus you don’t look like one of the noobs wearing gloves lol. Definitely give these a try!

For sure helps with any pain you feel on your hands from a barbell but it does not help with grip strength at all. I don’t think it claimed to do that but I thought if it hurt less it would help but my grip strength is about the same if not worse when using these. So if you want them to help with the pain of gripping a heavy barbell and to not get calluses on your hands then they are great! But it won’t help with strength at all

Works well for lifting. It provides much more grip strength which protects my wrists. The only issue is the rubber smell. Takes a week or so to dissipate.

Helps me grip the weights properly and helps prevent callus forming on my hands.

I have been seeing these around so decided to try and help with dumbbell grip on heavier weights. They do not even remotely “grip” the dumbbell. It says quick release but what is there to release from? It’s literally just an added piece of rubber between my hand and the bar. I’m not sure how they even got two stars from anyone honestly

I was very excited to try this product, and to my disappointment, my forearms hurt more and I found it more difficult to hold on to the same weight bar bell I had been using. I decided not to try heavier, did not feel any help at all.
