I was pleasantly surprised by how good this shower head is. The water pressure is excellent, and the handheld sprayer is a huge bonus. It has several spray settings that are easy to switch between, and each one works really well. Installation only took a few minutes and didn't require any special tools. The materials feel sturdy, and it looks much more expensive than it actually is. The handheld sprayer makes it easy to rinse the shower, wash my hair, and clean hard-to-reach areas. Overall, this has been a great upgrade to my bathroom. If you're looking for a quality shower head with great pressure and a handheld sprayer at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend this one!

My husband and I read the reviews for this before purchase and thought something was fishy because everyone raved over this shower head. We thought either it’s super awesome or the manufacturer had every employee giving it good ratings falsely. We were skeptical but thought what the heck and gave it a try. Omgosh, am I happy we did. This shower head completely changed the shower experience. It’s like a completely different place. It makes it look so fancy, it works so well, the pressure is fantastic, it has so many great settings, and it was super easy to install. Our adult son was visiting from out of town and after the shower he said, “Where did you get the new shower head?!?” We sent him the link and he bought it right there so it would be at home when he got back!! It’s that great. If you are on the fence about purchasing this, just buy it already. You will be so happy you did! And so will your family. Great value for the price. Worth every penny. The installation was simple, the pressure and settings awesome, and it upped the shower experience at our home. Fantastic purchase.

I am very impressed with this shower system! It was easy to install, and I did it myself in about 15 minutes by following the instructions. The quality is excellent, and everything fit perfectly with my existing shower arm. The water pressure is much better than my previous shower head. I especially love the large rain shower head for everyday showers, and the handheld shower is perfect for rinsing the shower walls and cleaning. I also tested all of the spray settings, and they all work great. The magnetic docking system is very convenient, and the brushed chrome finish looks beautiful in my bathroom. Overall, this shower head exceeded my expectations and feels like a hotel shower. I highly recommend it!

This thing is amazing. I felt like I was at a spa!! Water pressure is great, better than what it was before with a standard shower head. My hair actually felt cleaner. I think the shampoo & conditioner was rinsed out much more efficiently because of the higher water pressure and coverage. Installation was simple and fast, maybe 15-20 min. No trouble whatsoever. It is a nice size, way bigger than I thought, even though I knew the size. I like the feature that allows you to stop the flow of water completely so you can soap up and save water. The massage feature is top notch. I’ve been wanting to go get a head/scalp massage and this did the trick. The cleaning/rinse feature is also great. 2 different levels and it is like a pressure washer! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to feel like you are at a spa every time you shower.

2nd update: The company did help out after a bit of emailing back and forth (with the email from the paper that comes with the shower head). They ended up sending out a full replacement which was appreciated. It did take longer than I expected to get to that resolution, but it did eventually happen. Update: After about a 3 months the shower head cannot support its own weight anymore. The rainhead droops all the way to the lowest level after a short time frame. Disappointing for sure, but giving the manufacturer the chance to make it right. Will update again on how they handle the situation. Original review: Overall a great showerhead. But I can't give it a perfect rating. Pros - Tons of water output (this could be a con if you have a small water heater though) if you have the capacity for it. They do include a reducer in the box if you need to use that, honestly I should probably install ours as we have 40 gal tank and a shower will use up all the hot water in winter within 20-25 min. - Not many connection points to reduce leakage as much as possible. Rain head - Water comes out nicely and covers entire body, not just head. Wand - Has a lot of different settings and the top sprayer piece is very nice for actually cleaning the shower walls. Cons - The way the want attaches is convenient, but lacks adjustability. So hopefully you like where it sprays when mounted if you choose to use it that way. 95% of the time I use the rain head so it's not a horrible deal...but it's still a con. - The weight of the showerhead, at least for my unit, seems to be an issue. The shower head will droop down to the lowest setting whenever messing with the shower want connection due to the weight. I may have just gotten a one off where the pivot point is just a little weak though as I don't see this being a common complaint in the reviews. It doesn't fall enough to warrant sending it back, but it is rather annoying. - Even after using a large amount of plumbers tape, the main connection to the shower head arm will leak a small amount of water out the back. Ultimately not an issue as it drips into the shower anyway and doesn't reduce pressure at all....but still disappointing that the seal isn't good. The instructions call for a minimum number of layers of plumbers tape....I have never seen that being a requirement before, I think they know the seal is bad on these units. This is likely due to the connectors material not being fully metal. They should consider improving this for a newer model, no real excuse for this when dealing with plumbing.

This is first time I have tried a rain shower. Awesome pressure in handheld. Pressure does drop noticeably in both when using them together. That was expected. The overhead rain head is high enough that I can stand directly under it. I am only 5'8" but I believe a 6 footer could fit without issue. I wasn't sure what to expect from the rain head. I guess rain like a steady drizzle is realistic. I do like the selection of sprays on the hand held. It does take a bit of strength to move the rain head position from side to side. The tilt is fairly easy to adjust with no flopping problem. The only thing I am not crazy about is the length of the hose for the hand held. I would like to have it longer. My previous shower head was able to actually reach down and tough the tub. Because I am only 5'8" and the shower feed is not really high I need to have the assembly tilted down so the spray head actually hits me on my back rather than my head. This means the spay head is actually docked at a 90 degree angle as it is too close to the wall to attach straight up and down. The installation was pretty straight forward. All you need in a wrench,vise grips or channel lock. Everything else is included. The instructions make very clear you should use 15 to 20 turns of the silicone tape on the install. I did and I have no leaks or drips.The instructions indicate that the flow reducer ( required by CA ) is pre installed. It is not. I don't live in CA so I did not install it. The hose for the hand held had screwed in thread protectors on each end. Easily removed with out tools. They also are keeping the washers in place in the hose. I undid the protectors one and attached one end at a time to be sure I didn't have a washer drop out. Spare washers are included. I am not real sure about the magnetic dock for the hand held. I understand the wow and convenience factor but I would have more faith in a standard holder.

Shower so good it was worth writing the review! Buy this one! Look no more! Great quality material, heavy metal, strong magnet, no leaks, and easy install. Fixed our water pressure problem! Huge head DUMPS water like a spa. It is a true pleasure taking a shower. GREAT product!

I always check Wirecutter before buying just about anything and this is one of their affordable picks. It is amazing!! - great pressure (even with an aquabliss filter on the line) great looking, easy to install, lots of spray options and the handheld attachment -which is help up with a strong magnet- even has a power squirter setting for when you clean your shower! I have never had a rainfall Shower that felt like this! Most just dribble and this baby performs better than any I have tried. Highly recommend!!
