So far I do like it
I got this to help combat the effects of GLP-1 induced depression and within 3 days I noticed them working. I was expecting them to need to be on board for longer to see a difference. They are 3rd party tested for quality and purity. It is the actual store selling them on here, not a 3rd party. I don't know if they would be the solution for a true depression but I do know they help balance out the GLP-1 effect and lift mood and with a mood lift, I think it automatically increases energy. The capsules do not have a taste that I notice and go down as easy as any other capsules I use.

Good Product
The saffron capsules are easy to swallow and do not have an aftertaste. They seem to be helping support me with anxiety and stress management. So far, so good.

My son has ADHD, and I have ADD, so this works well for both of us. Our psychiatrist recommended starting this instead of medication. It helps him focus at school and helps me stay focused at work. At home, we both feel more content. I bought this a year ago and use it monthly, except on weekends. I’ve tried others, and honestly, this one has no side effects compared to the rest. I really appreciate the ingredients.

Not gummy

Jury is still out on efficacy. Received only 15 caps instead of 30 in the last bottle I ordered ...
I just opened the bottle and there is only 15 capsules, not 30. Very disappointing (and expensive). I've been taking this for a while and am not sure it's doing any good.
