Really worth it!!!!
This is my choice because it is more homeopathic and non habit forming. I fall asleep quickly and awaken feeling on top of the world. This product, without melatonin, is really effective and that’s why I continually feel safe in purchasing it.

decent product
Naturo Sleep & Restore is a little more expensive than I usually like to spend, but it does seem to work. It helps me relax and fall asleep better, which has been really helpful. My son also takes it, and we’ve both noticed some improvement with winding down at night. They are easy to use, but the pills are slightly bigger, so it can be a little harder for me to swallow both at once. Some nights it does take longer than others for me to feel relaxed enough to fall asleep, but I’m not sure if that’s the product or just my own energy levels those days. Overall, it’s a decent product that does help, even if the price is a bit higher than I’d prefer.

Sick to my stomach
My experience matches alot of other's reviews: Effectiveness is hit or miss. It rarely makes me sleepy but occasionally helps me stay asleep. 100% has given me stomach issues. Upset stomach every morning. Sometimes upset stomach and nausea. Increases instances of really awful nightmares. While I dont necessarily feel "groggy" in the morning, I can easily fall right back to sleep after waking up and starting my day. And when the mid day slump hits, it hits hard. I dont think Ill buy this again.

Really works for me.
I am the worst when it comes to sleep. I saw this advertised on T.V, so decided to give it a go. I use this when I am over tried and cannot relax. Once I take it, 30 minutes later I feel more relaxed and ready for bed. Love that it is all Natural too.
