We are SO impressed with their generosity, especially at this time. We will be ordering a new one, because like I said - this little thing is awesome! I wish we had it when my little one was 12-15 months.Original review: We LOVED this little thing. Our 18 month old was cruising around after minutes of being introduced to it. But, after 10 days we noticed that the front wheel was super wobbly, and realized that it was missing a piece. Without that piece the wheel could just fall off. Luckily, we found it, but now, we cannot put it back together properly. It really doesn't even make sense. The two bolts/screws that attach the front wheel should screw into each other enough to be almost flush. As you can see in the picture, we absolutely cannot get the screw to go past this point. This makes the front wheel unstable and wobbly. It is disappointing that we can't fix it, and that it only lasted about 10 days. We did jimmy rig it with like 20 washers, so that it could still be rideable, but it isn't ideal. Ideal would be, order a $40 product that doesn't break after 10 days.
