The beanbag came in a pretty small box (though, if you have any sort of back problem that would affect your ability to lift, then be aware: it's pretty heavy. The amazon package said it was about 25lbs total.) It was packaged securely and came in multiple plastic bags that to make sure the vacuum seal remained in tact.Outside of the packaging, it fluffed up pretty quickly. After only an hour of being up, its expanded enough for me to sit on it comfortably. As other reviewers said, you can feel the little foam pieces in the beanbag, but its not really an annoyance. It's kinda like laying on a bumpy mattress pad; comfy, but textured. The fur is really soft, and it was easy to zip the cover over the base. The color is as described in the listing, but I got black, so that would be pretty hard to mess up. I would imagine you might be able to see the dark grey foam bag through lighter covers, though.It has an odor that's pretty strong out of the box, but that dissipated pretty quickly. Its big enough to comfortably fit one adult right out of the box, but it could fit two smaller people pretty easily, too. It appears to be 3 feet in diameter, but I'll double check that once it has more time to expand.On the whole, it seems to be pretty solid for the price point!! I would recommend!! I'll come back to update once it has more time to settle, though.(Also, I got the 3 foot one, but I noticed a discrepancy from another review. If you get the 5 foot one, be aware that itll only be 4'2" in diameter. It lists thr dimesions as "5 foot - 50 in × 50 in" or something like that, but just ignore the 5 foor marker, because it's inaccurate.)

Happy with my purchase. Bought this for a Christmas gift for my 10yr old, he loves it. It’s a great size. I like that you can remove the cover to wash. The cover is nice and soft. Some of the reviews said that there was a smell, so I opened ours in the garage to expand and pre washed the cover and have had no smell issues. It does take a good 48 hours to expand so be patient and it is a tad heavy since it is filled with foam. All in all happy with the product.

This is a really good size to put in a room. It fits adults so would be good for a teen or child. Really soft and easy to move. Worth the purchase. The color is just like picture and really soft. It does need 24hrs to fully expand. And you will need to shake it out every few days to keep shape.

I like the soft cover and that it is removable. The handle is nice too. It's sort of a memory foam chunks material inside that can be fluffed. Kids like it.

purchased 36" as a gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. is just as described & pictured. is true to size & holds its shape wonderfully. is big enough for mom & dad to use as well. will most likely order another for myself. highly recommend

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with this beanbag. It is not comfortable and requires constant flipping and repositioning because the foam quickly sinks and becomes uneven.While laying on it, we also discovered a hard ball-like object buried inside the foam. There is no way to remove it or determine what it is without cutting the beanbag open, which is very concerning and adds to the discomfort.Considering the size of the beanbag and the fact that it arrived compressed, returning it would be a major hassle. Unfortunately, the quality and comfort do not justify keeping it. We expected much better and are very unhappy with this purchase.

Purchased this as a Christmas present for our daughter. It IS a bit heavy but once you find a place for it, it's not an issue. My daughter is 11 years old and she can snuggle up in this ALMOST like a little bed with no issues. I can fit in it as well but it's more like an oversized chair for adult size. Either way it's extremely comfortable and soft with a handy little pocket on the side.

My dog adores it.The fabric is fluffy and cozy.Filler a bit too soft for a grownup.
