The L.Reuteri capsules worked flawlessly. I made L.Reuteri yogurt with it. Time fermenting was for 36 hours. I feel my digestive system is improving after eating the yogurt for a week. There is less bloating for me which I needed to fix because of travel and eating crap all the time. I used to not have any bloating for anything but after travel, you can really mess yourself up. There were no side effects. I ate a few of capsules before I made the yogurt. I didn't notice any effect. The temperature was on point perfect. I measured the temp, which was set to 100F for L.Reuteri yogurt throughout the 36 hours process and it was exact. I had put a folded dish towel on the lid to insulate the warmth to avoid temp fluctuations. So far there aren't any moving parts, so I think it will last for some time. I fill the chamber with water up to the edge of bowls when fermenting yogurt. When finished after 36 hours, it sounds an alarm and shuts down automatically. Afterwards, I just dry the machine with my dish towel and put the bowls in the refrigerator. The appearance of machine is nice, black and stainless exactly like the photos. The controls are very easy to use and as indicated from instruction booklet. I have my bottle in the refrigerator as indicated in the bottle and to this day I have not had any complaints, the pills have fallen very well into my stomach, they have no taste and are easy to treat, the fact that it contains billions of CFU is a pretty good and strong load to combat a problem that I have already had time, it does not irritate the stomach when taking it.

I use this to make a 36 hour yogurt at 97 degrees. I split a quart of half n half between two qt mason jars with a TBS Inulin and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream in each jar. EXCELLENT yogurt, delicate and tart taste with a decadent thick Greek consistency, high CFUs, and a happy customer. I store the capsules in the FRIDGE (not freezer), and am glad I used this company's product. Amazing results, obviously high quality and viability, with clean smell and a great monetary value since I can extend usage through easy-to-open capsules. I would not hesitate to purchase more from this company, as a good ferment can NOT be faked by good-smelling fillers!

I took one capsule and no side effects so far, but im not sure if the product actually has l ruiteri in it. This brand came out of no where and you cant do research on Bliva Nutrition because they aren't on google. Just amazon, ebay and some other weird site. All the reviews are perfect 5 stars AND THERE is no negative reviews at all. Most legit or not all legit products has at least 1 review thats not a 5 star. The fact its getting only 5 star reviews is kinda suspicious to me. Given everything, I dont fully trust this brand and if they're legit or not, but I will continue taking this, and if it works then I will re evaluate. If anyone else thinks the same thing, leave a review responding to me. I want to find out if Bliva Nutrition is legit.

Works as good as the more expensive L. Reuteri capsules. I make both L. Reuteri yogurt and SIBO yogurt with this and it has make such a huge difference in my health. (See Dr. William Davis videos on L. Reuteri yogurt). I shared this with a friend who has had constant uti’s and was down to 105 lbs at 5’5 height. She was put on a feeding tube as she could not keep anything. She started making her own yogurt and is healthy at 140 lbs after a year of l.reuteri yogurt and dietary changes. My husband had the worst crusty, peeling on his hands from eczema or psoraiasis. He never had this before in his life. The doctors prescribed every drug imaginable. Nothing worked. I gave him a bottle of a tea Tree oil lotion which helped but it wasn’t till he started on the yogurt did it fully go away. It has even reduced his triglycerides from 174 to 53 ( combined with high protein low carb diet, no sugar or wheat).
