Are these good for hummer H2?

I had these on my Hummer and they felt/performed great.

Does the E in the product name tell that this is their hardest tire compound? I know generally the E class is the hardest and goes down from there.

No, it is not. E stands for the number of ply's, E is 10 ply rated. The more plies the stronger the tire and the more weight it will hold. Also, the more plies it has, the less likely it is to have a puncture. So if you are off road where there is a change of a puncture, or carrying or pulling a heavy load, E rating is what you want

What load rating are these tires? E or C ?

C - But I have wheeled them without bead lockers on rocks with zero issues as of yet.

i searched the BFG website and was told these tires did not fit my 2005 Silverado 5.3L V8 4x4 crew cab. who is correct?

After 5 years

After 5 years I have to say, good tires, probably have 6 months left, bought it one size bigger for 2015 tacoma, looks good, not noisy for all terrain tires, I will buy again.

Great so far

Bought these tires to replace a noisy set of duratracs that wore terribly. So far I have a few hundred miles on them and they preform amazingly. Great wet and dry traction on road, great traction offroad and most importantly they are very very quiet on road where my Wrangler spends most of its time. Hopefully they wear well, if they don't I will come back and update this review.
