As the day goes on and my hair sets, I keep sliding it further back until it is exactly where I want it for the night. It holds everything in place perfectly without the hair jumping out. The hold is high-tier and it stays put even with a lot of hair. The 6-pack comes with different wavy styles, so you can switch it up depending on how much grip you need that day. I will be real and say that if you wear it for several hours straight, you might get a tiny bit of a headband headache, but it is nothing crazy and definitely hasn't stopped me from wearing them daily.
