They aren’t too bad to the taste buds but I’m not sure if it’s working. I don’t feel a difference or see a difference. I’m hoping that it is working internally. I’ve experienced no side effects and I can’t really speak on value for money because I don’t know(effectiveness ) if it’s working or not.

One of the best decisions I've ever made
Oh this product is 100% legit. I will buy more as often as I can. I felt wonderful the first 30 days I was using this product. I could 100% for the difference. The only issue is you have to be consistent and use it for up to 90 days to have lasting effect now I don't know for a fact you need it afterwards but you need to do it for 90 days.
