Exactly what i wanted! So glad to get this. It’s light and smooth and compact yet sturdy enough for outdoors. Fits into my i10 perfectly without which it would quite useless :). Super glad i bought - and not frightfully expensive either. Only hope they have good service if when i might need to for replacement etc

Very poor material. Any mishap, the seller should be sued. I bought it just a week before, now the hind wheel is not rotating properly, which causes jam and sudden break when moving the patient. There is no proper testing done. How to contact the seller for a wheel replacement?

I usually don't write reviews but this is an awesome transit wheelchair. I purchased a similar one in 2008 for my parent. Have been looking for a similar one. This style is called a transit wheelchair typically used for transferring passengers to an airline seat. But it can be used for short distance transport inside airports or at home. It is not a replacement for a regular wheelchair. While all wheelchairs are imported from China, the VMS wheelchair is the best value for money. Others on Amazon are selling similar products but the cost is almost double. This wheelchair has great build quality, great price. I use a lot of other VMS products like laminators, paper stock etc. They are top notch and are working hard to maintain quality and service levels. I think it is the same company (based on branding) although I am not sure why they diversified into wheelchairs from office products. The only issue with this wheel chair is it doesn't stand on it's own in the folded condition. But this is a problem with all transit wheelchairs being made in China. The original design from 2008 was self standing when folded. But now all manufacturers have added large handles, unnecessary armrests, footrest, etc. This increases weight while decreasing usability. However, that is not VMS's fault. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. This is a very usable, high quality product.

The wheelchair is good but the seat quality is not so great. We received the seat cover with a broken hinge. The seat also after a few months of use has wear and tear. Amazon was great to refund the cost because it cannot be returned.
