To be noted before I purchased this mini pitcher I already owned a larger water drop water filter. Great products. The filter is better than Brita and Put filters. I got this for when I brew coffee or need to fill my cats water bowl. Filters quick, easy to store and the water tastes great. The price was affordable and easy to set up as well.

Have always been somewhat concerned about the quality of the water in my building, even more so after extensive recent plumbing upgrades because the tap water was now cloudy. White this could be from air in the line, decided to buy this product. Change was dramatic, the water now crystal clear, and the taste difference notable. Not sure what filter removes, but am impressed with the outcome.

Edit 6/11/2025: after my review, the customer service team reached out and offered me consideration for my disappointment in the product. Although my review stands as it is, I will give it a 5/5 for the customer service alone. Cute design, need to pop the lid off every refill. Refills are fast, but the water doesn't taste as good as the major brand.

My local water here has too much chemicals, i don't usually drink it. This Water Filter seems to work fine, chemical taste is gone,water tastes fine & i'm saving money by not buying botteled water all the time

I purchased this product for my plants to take the chlorine out of the tap water which is not that great for some of my little guys very happy with it simple effective well-made also the part I like the most is the spout is not a very large wide spout it's very easy to pour from this into my watering can very accurate easily controlled excellent price on top of it
