They were speedy in their reply and followed up all the way through until they knew I was happy with my replacement which I received within days. I love the sturdiness of these umbrellas. I bought two early Jan 2025. Unfortunately after a few months, one of them stopped working and I was unable to close the shaft (the other one is still in mint condition), so after reaching the Tumella team and providing evidence of the issue, they were happy to send me a free replacement. They were speedy in their reply and followed up all the way through until they knew I was happy with my replacement which I received within days. Overall I am a very happy customer and would definetely recommend buying!
