Review: Perfect for rear end awareness in dogs - These are absolutely brilliant for teaching dogs rear end awareness! Something not all dogs have instinctively and where many joint issues or injuries occur because of this. They inflate quickly and can be adjusted depending on what level difficulty you need. The colours are great and the hedgehog “prickles” make the grip on the domes nice for the dogs as well as a sensory target
Review: Good for dogs physio prescribed exercise - I'm using them for my dogs rehab following surgery to repair her cruciate ligament. I borrowed these exact ones from her physio before buying a set, I looked into others but it's not exactly a technical product so I couldn't see the point in buying the more expensive ones and these were available with prime delivery. They're cheaper than the paw pods which at the time worked out at £10 for each pod and I only need two for the exercise the physio prescribed. She's been fairly good about putting her front paws on them, I expect she'll get better the more we use them. I've been using them spiky side up, the spikes are quite hard but they aren't sharp. You get quite a nice massage type feeling when you stand on them, despite feeling the hard spikes it doesn't hurt. They came inflated but not overly inflated, just the right amount that they squashed a bit so you get the instability you need, and we used them straight from the box.

## Features

- FITNESS & THERAPY: Exercise balance and coordination with the set of 2 high quality Navaris balance cushions. Make your exercises more dynamic with balancing movements that effectively challenge the entire body and keep you fit.
- TRAINING & MASSAGE: Strengthen your feet and legs with orthopedic training sessions with the small, round exercise equipment. The dots on the surface of the domes effectively massage areas of your body like your feet and neck.
- INCLUDES: A pair of hedgehog balls (ø 6.3 in / 16 cm) made of sturdy PVC in berry and teal including nylon bag for storage and transport to your yoga studio.
- STIMULATING: In addition to balance training, the spiky balance pods also improve blood circulation. Simply circle your foot on the pod for improved circulation. The pods also helps to combat plantar fasciitis and bunions.
- MANY USES: The balance board can be used as well for Pilates, in the gym, at home or in the office. Also suitable for kids to develop motor skills with fun and games.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing product (recommended)
*by N***S on 25 June 2019*

The product is amazing! I can use it for exercise or just stand on it to help circulation on my feet! After using it feels like walking on clouds! The only issue was that it wasn't noted if they were inflated (they do) or not, so I purchased one pump that I apparently don't need Overall well done! A great product with great colours
