It has done a harm in my body
I have been taking this medicine for last 3 months, i am vegeterian and before taking this supplement my B12 level wad 380, so i thought lets take it to further beyond 500 level and started taking this supplement. I have done my health check up in last week and to my surpise my B12 level is now 160. So I will not recommend this to anyone. please consult a doctor before taking any supplement. it has done a major side effect in my body, also there was no change in the energy levels, not at all value for money. If naturaltein team wants to connect with me I can share my report from last year and the latest one

Sticker place wrong point on bottle
