Love this product! The clean natural ingredients make it easy to use on children’s clothing and on sensitive skin. It dissolves well with homemade laundry detergent. The beads are small and lightweight which helps them breakdown easily. The scent lasts longer than I expected if you use enough of the beads. Also, not over packing your washing machine helps the longevity of the fragrance. It is a bit expensive, however, isn’t everything that’s natural expensive? I’m willing to pay a little more for the health of my family without harmful chemicals.

Smells fantastic, dissolves in the wash completely even on cold settings. It’s a bit on the expensive side for the amount you get and the scent only lasts a week or two in the closet. The scent while fresh is quite bright and clean - not powdery. I even had people complement my ‘perfume’ while I was wearing clothes washed with this scent.

First off, this is a small container for the price, but if it did its job, I'd have kept it. It comes on strong and then disappears... (like some of my exes lol JK). It smelled really nice for a hot minute, but faded quickly, so NO scent longevity. I was hoping these would freshen up my bamboo bedsheets. The scent was almost gone by the time I crawled into bed. Second time around, I had to use TWICE the recommended amount to have it do its job on my cotton tees & sweats. Even then, the scent was gone in a few hours - and NO, I didn't workout in them. I'm talking casual wear only. At this HIGH price, that's outrageous! It did remove ALL static cling, so there was no need for a fabric softener & materials felt a little softer. That's a plus. It's truly all natural - NO synthetics or petrol-based additives, which I look for, so another plus. The cardboard container, while a GREAT green-friendly idea, collapses easily into the beads, so you wind up spilling them all over the floor - an expensive waste - or dumping too many into the wash. While a great idea, in practice it makes it harder to use, causes waste and adds frustration. Who loves doing laundry? I don't mind it, but to have to clean up more messes is just not my cup of tea. What might help is that if there was MORE of a groove in the cardboard to seat the disc a bit better, accidental spills and waste might be minimized. The packaging IS great way to avoid plastics, and lessen the carbon footprint, as intended, if only the disc could be seated more easily. Just a thought. On that note, my son has a number of allergies and is one of the reasons I chose this. When I accidentally added extra ( we're talking maybe two TB more, due to the disc collapsing into the beads), his migraines were triggered. After three attempts, I returned them to Amazon, who graciously set up my UPS drop off. All-in-all NOT a good value for your dollar, especially when the only real benefit is removing static cling.

I don't know what people are talking about these not being a good value for the money. These are a great value for the money! the laundry smells Super Fresh and you use the bare minimum for a large load of laundry. I subscribed and saved to two different scents now. I love them and I highly recommend!

👃 Scent: Describing more as a very light peach/apple scent. ⚪️ Size: Small laundry beads, very similar to the size of those silica beads if you’ve seen those. 🧺 Usability Aspect: To be clear, this product is not meant power clean or remove stain. Rather it is intended to only add scent to your laundry, which is what I was hoping to do since I’ve had to use more natural cleaning / eco friendly regimen due to my little ones skin sensitivities. Well, after years of using this method, I was “bored” with always having scentless laundry. 😞 Reality: Unfortunately, the reviews are spot on with the longevity of scent- it does not last long at all. At the price point, including the small bottle size, the most you get out of it is the scent when you transfer it from the washer to the dryer. Once it comes out the dryer, it’s as if the smell just dissipated in dry heat. Currently, I use wool dryer balls with no added scents or oils but, I’d rather have this in an oil if that means the scent would last at-least a day or two beyond the washing cycle. Overall the beads are lightweight, easily dissolvable in all temperatures, didn’t impact colors or whites, and didn’t cause any noticeable skin reactions. While I appreciate the scent profile, it just didn’t give me that scent longevity I was looking for, defeating the purpose of the product.

I use laundry soap sheets which don’t leave behind much of scent..I love grabbing a towel and getting some fragrance that indicates CLEAN…these beads do not disappoint…I needed something safe for our septic system while providing long lasting freshness, and a little goes a long way.

First off the packaging isn't great. I received my monthly Subscribe and Save box and just walking up to it, the smell was overwhelming. Scent beads were pouring out the bottom of the box all over the front porch, and then the floor as I brought it inside. The bottom circle of the scent beads container had popped out during shipping and the container was completely empty. The beads were all over the entire box, in every nook and cranny of all the items in the box. This stuff is insanely strongly scented. Both my daughter and I got a headache while I was vacuuming up all the beads that were all over the place. I did receive a replacement after chatting with Amazon. For laundry, I've only used it on a few loads. I pour a TINY bit into the cap, it fills about 1/3 of the cap in a single layer, used in the largest size load of laundry my machine has, and my kids are saying it's way too strong and it's all they can smell all day on their clothes. I can't even imagine how strong it would be if you used their smallest recommended amount. I don't really get the scent changing descriptions - pre-wash, post-wash, and "musk, amber, coniferous" they say is the after-dry scent. It just smells like perfumy soap to me the whole time.

As long as you use a reasonable amount, they feel light and safe even for more sensitive fabrics :) Another thing I love is how well they elevate even basic laundry. You can use a simple detergent, add these in, and it instantly makes everything feel more luxurious. Clothes, sheets, even gym wear come out smelling amazing. Overall, these have become a staple in our home. If you’re someone who loves that fresh laundry scent and wants it to last, these are such a simple upgrade. I genuinely look forward to using them every time I do laundry and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing!!

Excellent product! I originally received the Kind Laundry In Wash Scent Boosters Beads Ocean Breeze as a gift, and I've been buying them ever since. The scent is amazing - fresh, clean, and truly smells like spring. The fragrance is long-lasting and actually stays in the clothes, not just right after washing. Every load comes out smelling fresh and uplifting, without being overpowering. I would definitely recommend this product. What I love even more is how versatile it is. I've placed the beads in organza bags around the house, in drawers to freshen stored laundry, and even in my gym bag — and I always get compliments on how wonderful it smells! This is a fabulous product, perfect for laundry and beyond. It also makes a great gift. Highly recommended!
