It only has one job and it can't even do that consistently!
Item gives a different weight every time it's stood on. Got 5 different readings during one weigh in. No idea which was the correct one! Batteries provided didn't work either. Don't waste your money, if you buy it, you'll simply end up returning it..

Simple scales with a neat bamboo finish.
While it’s traditional to set your goals on January 1st, I’ve never found the cold weather and short days conducive for getting back into my fitness routine - but with the warmer weather of spring it’s time to knuckle down. I ordered these scales from the PUREFIT store to determine the size of the task following all that comfort eating over the winter months. The scales are pleasingly simple - after inserting the two supplied AAA batteries, the scales are activated as you step onto them. After a few seconds, the clear display with its large easily legible numerals reveals the dreadful truth… There are no other fancy modes, calculating BMI and so on (although it does display the temperature - chilly first thing in our bathroom). The bamboo platform is attractive and feels pleasant underfoot - it seems up to the task of shrugging off a little water when I’ve stepped out of the shower. A few seconds after stepping off of the scales, the display switches off, hopefully to share better news next time I get on. Priced at under £14 when reviewed, these scales are great value.

Not accurate
These worked fine when I first got them but now they don’t show the correct weight. They get stuck on certain weights so no matter what you put on them the weight won’t change

Very sensitive to level surfaces
Extremely sensitive to surfaces, I got different readings placing a few feet apart. Sturdy and easy to use but you’ll need to confirm placement with older machine fit accuracy.
