This thing blends very well with no clumps at all, follow the direction and shake for 10 seconds. So, I noticed that if I drink this first thing in the morning I get an upset stomach and feel as if I have to throw up. I made the mistake and took this with my vitamins and forget about it, I was so sick. However, if I eat something and drink this no issue whatsoever. I tend to drink this in the evening. Now, I did indeed notice a difference in many ways, much more focused, more energetic, my skin feels and looks better. I especially feel stronger and less exhausted after a long day at work. I can't compare this to any other similar product because this is my first time trying this kind of shake. This is for people who really don't eat vegetables, but I will say this, if you are detoxing and begin drinking this, it will do wonders for your body. This has also given me a taste to eat salads which is great. This is so simple to use, place in a shaker and just shake away for 10 seconds. I have one shake a day and I see a major difference, just be careful not to take supplements that offer the same kind of vitamins that this offers, because it will make you sick. It tastes very good for a green drink, especially considering all of the ingredients. It did not clump at all when mixing, and I did not use the recommended method I simply put it in a glass and stirred with a spoon. I've only taken it once so I can't comment on long-term effects, but I did feel energized for hours after taking it. The ingredients are good, with the exception of stevia, which is not my preference however it is very difficult to find products like this without it. That being said, the stevia did not seem to affect the taste, and even my mother who hates the taste of stevia was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the drink.
