Just received today, so I've only used it once, but I am very happy with it. I have no skill or patience for styling my hair, but since this summer has been so humid my normally manageable hair has been out of control. I tried each attachment and they all work with ease. And even after possibly over-drying it by trying each one, my hair looked great. My hair looked soft and shiny and fell nicely into place. I wasn't sure as I've tried other drying brushes and the outcome wasn't so good. The dryer worked well, nice and lightweight which is great. Changing the pieces was easy and I did not use the glove but appreciate that it was included. Maybe I might need it if I take more time to style. The only thing I would change is to have a left or right mark on the wands. As for the heat, it was hot enough for me as I am careful not to use high heat anyway. The low level was a cool setting. I do not have thick hair but the dryer made it look full. Drying time was a little longer than my regular dryer but not much. And it definitely seems less damaging so. And a thank you to those who posted videos, it really helps. This is a very nice looking product and it works great.

This dryer already burned out..was about to use it, turned it on and smoke strayed to come out..totally burned up! So disappointing. Bought this January 30th and it’s already done..

Still trying to get the hang of the curling iron, but I love this. So much easier on travel back n forth to the lake!

Does the job as long as your hair is not damp wet but takes longer time to dry it. I used my traditional hair dryer first and use this to style it, unfortunately I haven’t figured out how to reduce the amount of frizz in the final product.

I really want to give this hair dryer a five star because it did perform wonderfully and I'm sad because the surge protector in the plug broke and it won't stay on to work. It really was a game changer I recommend it no matter what.

This blow dryer is amazing. I didn’t wanna spend the money on a Dyson. I bought this one a week ago and finally used it to go to my sister shower. I got so many compliments on my hair. Both my sister said I look like a Mob wife lol honestly I felt so pretty and put together. Definitely recommend this. So easy. Although I have fine hair, but I have a lot of it but it still worker. I use the blow dryer first then the brush to smooth it out and then the left and right curler. Very impressed!

Its does not work at all if you have thick hair its not for you you need litterally paper thin hair for it to have any possible way of working it only woukd hold onto 3 strands of my hair at a time I watched so many videos to see if I was doing it wrong but it just would not work do not waste your money
