The door is meant to be detachable from the air fryer. You should be able to reattach the door and use the machine without an issue.

Is it possible to get a replacement drip tray ?

I'm not sure the only thing I can suggest is get in touch with High Street TV who are the main supply of the power air fryer.

how many rotating blades does this come in?

It has 1 basket, 1 rotisserie spike for chicken or pork or beef, and with the different attachments you can have 8 more food items via the kebab skewers.
