100% would recommend you anybody looking for a versatile budget friendly tent
I looked at a lot of different SUV tents before choosing this one, and this one hands-down looked much nicer and sturdier than the others. I used it on a camping trip a few weeks ago in Knoxville and was really impressed with how spacious it was โ there was plenty of room for all my gear and still lots of space to move around. One of my favorite features is that you can easily pull your SUV away from the tent and it stays standing, then back right up and reconnect without any hassle. If you plan on sleeping in the back of your SUV like I did, Iโd recommend a small step stool if youโre on the shorter side because climbing in can be a little awkward. My friend, who is almost 6 feet tall, stepped inside to check it out and still had tons of headroom. Overall, this tent made camping much easier and more comfortable, and it was easy to put up. There are only three poles to hook through the tent and then the side poles did get a little bit of wind, but had no problem. It stayed up perfectly as I do with all of my tents I did spray it down with the water guard. I love that it has two big windows on both sides and then the back where the door is is all one big screen or you can close it all off. I put it up in My Son loved it so much. Heโs buying one for himself and my friend that I went camping with in Knoxville. He liked it so much. He bought one for the back of his hiker trailer.. Iโd definitely recommend it.

Practical Camping Gear
This WildFinder SUV tent exceeded my expectations for car camping. The connection to the back of my SUV is seamless, linking the car and tent together perfectly. There is plenty of room for several people to relax and store camping gear. The waterproof and wind-resistant construction is reliable on windy evenings. The mesh windows keep bugs out while letting fresh air flow through. Assembly is not complicated, and everything packs neatly into the included carry bag. If you enjoy road trips and vehicle camping, this tent is an excellent investment.

Great tent with a few drawbacks.
I've had a few tents like this, all of them have had their problems, but this is the best of them. First of all, it has all metal poles. The poles across the top take a lot of pressure when one person is setting up or breaking down. These won't break like the fiberglass ones on a past tent did. There's also a support pole between the two support arches and that makes a HUGE difference in ease of setup and breakdown, as well as stability. One problem with tents like this is that often water will end up in the tube that goes over the car. This is bound to happen and it's why that part is seperated from the rest of the tent. . . . this one solved the problem of water pooling by adding a screen on the bottom. Such a simple change that lets water drain. Speaking of which, with about 12 hours of rain varying in intensity from light to heavy thunderstorm, I had about 2 tablespoons of water get inside. That is the best of any of the SUV tents I've owned. I sleep in my SUV and use the tent as a changing area, bathroom if I'm someplace without services, and as a screened awning to hangout inside of when its wet or the bugs are too bad. This fit my toilet, a large square table, my large dog's cot, a small table, an oversized camping chair, and a few bags of stuff. We weren't cramped. Downside. Others have mentioned that there's a gap between the half wall in the front of the tent, and the tailgate. The problem is you have to set the first metal arch up right at the edge of the SUV. Close the gate before setting it up, and place the arch so that the door opens inside of it, not in front of it. That makes it easy to get into the back, but it makes it harder to open and shut the door as you have to work around the fabric inside of the tent. The halfwall is a bit too tall and narrow. As others have mentioned, I love the little vestibule, but I wish the screen also had a solid door instead of just relying on the slanted door up front. I also wish they'd added the grommets so that the door can be used as an awning. Definitely worth what I paid for it, especially compared to other similar tents that may be slightly cheaper, but way less quality.

Best tent Iโve ever bought
This tent has been exceptional. I plan to use it year round. I have used it free standing for 4 months in a row now. During the winter I have been using it to hose my inflatable hot tub. This tent has gone through all kinds of weather, sun, wind, rain & snow and itโs held up exceptionally well. I plan to use it this summer to car camp and next winter to house the hot tub again. The tent is waterproof, through the rain and snow I have not seen it leak anywhere. The snow slides off the roof without my help. The high winds have not damaged it in any way. The windows are great for ventilation and keeping the bugs out. The tent is very roomy and it is tall enough that my 6โ4โ son doesnโt have to duck his head when heโs inside it. The tent is pretty easy to set up with one person. Iโm 5โ3โ and Iโm able to set it up on my own without any assistance. I have set it up standing alone and attached to my suv. This tent is a great investment and I will use it to its full potential and then some.

Perfect!
This tent works perfectly and easy to set up. There was more than enough room inside for two people (more if you use the cabin as sleeping area).

Perfect for our trip!
This tent was just what we needed for our trip to Alaska! We have a Ram 3500 with a long bed and a truck cap. The tent fit perfectly! Very durable and easy to set-up. We did purchase 2 tarp poles to be able to use the back as an awning. It would be nice for the company to consider adding these to the product however, they are not expensive and some people may not need them.

Isn't for all season camping.
We ordered this thinking you could pass between can and tent. Nope, one the top poles prevent you from pulling close, then the bottom part that attaches to your car in-between the tent prevents you from standing at the back of your car, and leaks cold air into car and tent. They claim it's water proof but we got soaked with just a light mist when it was all night . Woke up to drips of water in the face. We sprayed it with waterproof spray and that helped the next night. It was warmer inside the tent. We camped in 43 degrees I would not go colder as we ran a heater all night plus sleeping bags and was warmish . I would suggest a tarp for on the ground and in the tent bottom that made a huge difference the next time and we put a tarp in-between the car and tent to keep the cold out. That was a lot better. We are pass the return time or I would hav returned it.

Car tent? Not very useful.
Is good as advertised, but really with one use, i realized car tent isnt really that useful. Unless you dont plan on going anywhere with your car once you get setup.
