Honest long-term review after months of testing
I bought the Roborock F25 in October 2025, and after months of testing it, I wanted to share my honest opinion to help anyone who is still deciding whether to buy it. I am very particular about keeping my house clean and always choose home appliances very carefully. We are a family of four with three cats, so dealing with hair, dirt, and everyday messes is a constant challenge. The suction power is excellent. It picks up pet hair, dirt, and even liquid spills very quickly and efficiently. My kids often spill drinks, and my cats love playing with water bowls, so this feature has been extremely useful. It also cleans very well along baseboards, which I really appreciate. There are several cleaning modes, although at first they were a bit confusing to me. Most of the time I only use Auto Mode because it works best for everyday cleaning. The Hot Water and Steam modes do clean well, but they leave a lot of water behind. After using those modes, I usually need to go over the floor again with Suction Mode to avoid streaks, especially on tile floors. The battery also drains much faster when using Hot Water or Steam modes. Dried stains are not a problem either — if you pause over the area for a few seconds, it handles them well. The self-cleaning system is very good, the roller dries quickly, and hair does not get tangled around it, which is a huge plus for pet owners. I also accidentally forgot to empty the dirty water tank a few times, and surprisingly there was no strong smell even after a couple of days. My biggest complaint is that it cannot clean well in certain tight or difficult spaces. The clean water tank is located at the bottom, so you need to be careful because it seems easy to damage if handled roughly. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, this machine has made daily cleaning much easier for my family, especially with kids and pets in the house. The suction system alone makes it worth it for me.

Solid, easy to use, tons of features
I am in love with this device. I have had JONR and Tineco, both of which died after 18 months. I also have separate steamers. This is far more expensive than those devices, but it has all the features and more in one unit. What it has that is not in a standard mop vac: hot water on demand, DRY CYCLE after the clean!, and the power cord is a beefy, serious thing, not like just a ohone charger. Also, while I hate having apps for things, you can customize the various modes to use more or less water and pressure. It is also built like it will last beyond an apocalypse. I used it immediately (had 75% charge out of the box) to steam and clean my kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom. I am so impressed. Also, the detergent it comes with has no scent, which is huge because one person in our family has issues with scents. It's self propel feature works fabulously. It laid flat to go under a bed and nightstand better than my cordless stick vacuum. I think this may be a gateway product for me. So impressed that I may buy an automatic unit even tho I dont need one now. It is that good. EDITED TO ADD: The self clean and drying actually works super well. This alone is a huge win for me. No more dawn+clorox and scrubbing then 2 day drip dry of a roller

Extremely Disappointed
If I could give this floor cleaner 0 stars I would. I did a lot of comparisons and research and ultimately decided to pay significantly more than other brands offering similar technology and features. I am SO disappointed in this machine. I was really excited to make this floor cleaner a part of my cleaning arsenal. So where do I begin....let's start with the battery life. They advertise that this machine can last up to 60 min with some reviews stating their machine lasted up to 90 min. I haven't gotten anywhere near that time. I'm lucky to get 15/20 minutes of run time using auto mode. And if the charge is less than 15%, it wont auto clean until it's charged to at least 20%. By the time the auto clean completes (if there's even enough charge to complete the cycle) the battery takes so long to charge I usually can't finish my floors until the next day. If that's not bad enough, this machine features an auto dispensing floor cleaner feature. Just like the battery life, the floor cleaner feature is just as disappointing. I've had this machine for almost two months and have yet to refill the small cleaner compartment. It appears that some of the solution has been dispensed but not enough to make a noticeable difference in the cleaner level. It's really disheartening how disappointing this machine is. It's insulting how much I spent on this piece of crap. I am working with their customer service and hoping I just got a faulty item. I will post an updated review once I've completed with customer service.

Excellent Wet Dry Vacuum with Outstanding Customer Service
I’ve had this Roborock F25 BX for about a year, and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve made. It works just as well as when I first bought it and has made cleaning much easier, especially with a small baby at home. At one point it stopped working, so I contacted customer service. They repaired it at no cost, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. That level of support really impressed me. For a wet and dry vacuum, it isn’t too heavy, making it comfortable to use. The battery life is also very good. My home is about 1,800 square feet, and I can clean most or all of it on a single charge, depending on how dirty the floors are. Overall, it offers excellent performance for the price. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has been a huge help in keeping my floors clean every day. I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it.

Does a great job cleaning tile
I love this vacuum but wish it lasted longer than twenty-thirty minutes. If there was a battery that was easily accessible and replaced with another one that was charged, this would be a five start rating. It is easy to use and compared to some much easier to clean. I have three rollers and switch each time before putting it back on the base to clean. I put them in a garment bag in the washing macing and the rollers come out looking like brand new. It's obvious from the dirty water that it has great suction and the steam feature is great for our unglazed tile but unfortunately due to the shorter run time it's not possible to do all the tile at the same time. Because of that on Friday I decided to order a second one until I saw that it was now $100 more than when I purchased the last one the end of November. I hope the seller will consider a way to redesign this vacuum to allow for a battery change during use.

From Skeptical to Shocked – The F25 Is Worth Every Penny
I’ve had great results with my Roborock S9 for day-to-day cleaning, so I decided to add the Roborock F25 Wet Dry Vacuum cleaner for weekly deep cleans. My home’s entire downstairs level is tile, and I’d been using a Bona mop with washable pads for years. Well, that can go straight into the trash now. After a recent full-house painting, the painters’ dirty canvas tarps left my tile floors extremely dirty. Even after mopping twice, I felt like they weren’t clean. I put the F25 into max mode, let it work its magic, and emptied the dirty water tank afterward. My jaw dropped - the water was practically black. That’s when I realized how much grime my old mop had been leaving behind. The F25 is a powerhouse. Its suction and simultaneous wet/dry cleaning make quick work of messes that would normally require multiple tools. Pet hair, spills, crumbs... it handles them all without leaving streaks. The dual scrapers and curved comb wiper really do prevent hair tangles, and the edge-to-edge cleaning is no gimmick; it gets right up against baseboards and into corners. It’s cordless, surprisingly lightweight, and the rotating head makes it easy to maneuver, even in tight spots or under furniture. I was able to clean my entire downstairs without feeling fatigued (no more breaking into a sweat). One of my favorite features is the self-cleaning and hot air drying. After cleaning, it rinses the roller with hot water, scrubs it clean, and then dries it in just a few minutes with hot air. This means no smells, no mildew on the roller, and no need for me to touch the dirty mop head. The smart dirt detection is also impressive - it adjusts suction and water flow automatically based on how dirty the floor is, which takes the guesswork out of cleaning. I snagged mine during a sale for about $100 off, but now that I’ve used it, I can say it would have been worth paying full price. If you want the convenience of cordless cleaning, the power to handle deep dirt, and the luxury of a true all-in-one machine, the Roborock F25 is absolutely worth it. My tile floors have never looked or felt this clean.

Buy It now!
We should be salespeople for this vacuum. Honestly we love it so much and have convinced many of our friends and family to purchase it. They are also in love with it. With a large family, the kitchen can be a difficult place to maintain. With this moth vacuum spills no longer bother me and we are able to keep our floor looking pretty perfectly clean almost all the time. It has a long run time, I love the self-cleaning feature, couldn't be happier with this!

Ok product, disappointing customer experience (and durability)
The product itself works(ed) well, it cleans well enough and it is easy to use. Durability is not great, my unit developed an issue that would prevent the auto clean function to complete because of loss of charging power while cleaning the roller. I have notified Roborock since I am within the 1 year of warranty and the experience with customer service has not been great. First, it is obvious the customer center is not located in the US but somewhere in Asia (not an issue per se but communication and customer care does not meet the standards), secondly they require to record videos of the problem before they consider any action. Now while I understand why something like this might be required, on the other hand no one has time to waste to try to film the occurrence of an issue that could be intermittent by nature. I definitely don't use my vacuum holding my phone ready to catch a problem. After the videos were sent I was basically given 1 choice: ship at my expenses the unit to roborock for repair or accept the defective behavior. To me it is very simple: there is a warranty, your product is defective, I don't see the reason for me to pay money and go through the hassle of finding a way to ship this unit (I don't know what others do but I don't keep big packaging stored in case I ever need to use a warranty). It should be on your dime, Roborock, to fix a customer issue that appears during your 1 year warranty. I have been buying Roborock products for the past 8 years but honestly competition is catching up; I have a DREAME robot vacuum and a MOVA robotic lawn mower and the quality of these products is great not to mention they both offer longer warranty than Roborock. The company that will offer the best overall customer experience will ultimately gain market share so I hope some focus can be put on this side of the business rather than just adding technology. Will I buy another Roborock product? Not sure
