Help ... came with no instructions ... is there a youtube clip or picture of the instructions someone can send me. I cannot work out how to use this.

its super easy. turn the big silver hook so that the yellow footplate is fully closed (ie no gap), turn the black screw so that the heel part is as close to the yellow footpart as possible. Pop the yellow footplate into the shoe, make sure its nicely in and snug, and put the black heel part in (its obvious which way is up or down). If you want to stretch the shoe, turn the metal hook so that it starts to open and fits the width of the shoe, then give it a couple more turns (don't go overboard with the turns to start or you might overstretch the shoe), turn the black heel screw so that the it meets the back of the shoe. Leave it there unless you want to stretch the length of the shoe in which case, keep turning until you see the leather is taught. its best to do a bit at a time, leave the shoe slightly stretching overnight, and try it on next day. If its still too tight repeat the above.

Do these work on louboutin heels?

They will widen and lengthen all shoes whether they are suede, plastic or leather.

Has anyone tried these on the vegan Dr Martens? I've got a pair of size 4s that ideally need to be 4.5 or 5

If their shoes it should be fine but if boots they don't work
