These give me a more relaxed sleep and what I really like is that they don't leave me feeling overly drowsy in the morning so I'm very happy with them. They are easy to swallow and they don't leave any strange aftertaste once they have been swallowed. Definitely a good brand for me.

I suffer from insomnia and it's typically pretty hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. What I'll say is that this definitely improves sleep onset times. I've noticed that it's much easier to fall asleep. However I can't say much about whether it has any benefit on keeping you asleep as I've woken up the same amount of times that I typically do without this. I think that's almost a good pre-bed relaxation supplement but I don't think it's going to prevent wake-ups during the middle of the night. I think Apigenin is typically pretty expensive but this is a pretty good value. The pills are small and easy to swallow and there's no aftertaste.

Time will tell regarding long term benefits but apigenin has very promising possibilities. It is most definitely sedative in nature and assists with sleep too which is useful.

i take this few hours before bed and i have some kind of sleepy type tea with 4g of Glycine in the tea, this seems to help, iv also changed my lifestyle tho like more exercise and better diet iv lost weight, so it might not be the quick fix to sleep issues on its own but it has helped alongside other changes and to me it's worth it iv struggled with sleep all my life.
