The mop is amazing. On first use, I was skeptical of its effectiveness until I emptied the tank. I poured out dirt, sand, and dark brown water. The next 2 uses were just as filthy. The self cleaning function works well too. If you empty the dirty tank before self cleaning, you can see just how much it actually works.The handheld vacuum is extremely useful. Its portability & attachments allow it to clean anywhere. It works very well on hardwood. It works well on medium pile carpet too, but it left me unimpressed. The dustbin is small and can fill up quickly on carpet. Also, it doesn’t put deep vacuum lines in the carpet like a traditional vacuum would. However, it is a battery powered, handheld vacuum and it thoroughly cleaned my carpet so I’m satisfied.If you want to replace a traditional vacuum with this handheld and have lots of carpet - this may not be right for you.

Recently purchased a Roborock Qrevo Plus. I have a reverse osmosis filter in kitchen, so I use that filtered water for the mop tank. This cleaning solution goes beyond water though, and helps keep the robot, water tanks, and mechanisms clean. It also seems to help the floor dry very quickly, with a slight shine.I've had the robot for a few weeks now, and I think the floor continues to get shinier after each cleaning.I only add a capful to the tank, so I'm not sure that is the right amount. The instructions showed a much larger cap, and suggest 1/3 of a capful. Strange and confusing.The dirty water tank doesn't smell nasty either. It has a slightly floral smell, despite the water being fairly gray and dirty. After a few weeks, the dirty water is slightly more clear than it was the first time. So hopefully that means the floors aren't as nasty as they were originally.Pros: seems to work well, seems like it should last several month at the rate I use it, nice smell but not overpowering, adds a bit of shine, seems to keep equipment cleaner.Cons: a bit pricey, but maybe worth it if it lasts a long time. I wish it added a bit more shine, but maybe I need to increase the amount I add to the water tank?I may eventually try to find a better value, but this is a good place to start for the recommended cleaning solution. I did compare to some other products, but the ingredients were substantially different. I didn't want to ruin a brand new robot.I think I recommend just using this recommended product for now.

Have had this F25 LT for a couple of months now and am very happy with the purchase. This is our first wet/dry vacuum/mop so I don’t have anything to compare it to however with having dogs and cats in the house, as well as in-laws who make messes comparable to children at times I’m very happy I have this to grab when needing to clean up the floor rather than any other mop or vacuuming then mopping like I have in the past. Granted it doesn’t replace the vacuum entirely, it does an amazing job and replaced all my mops. It gets super close to the edges of the wall with the vacuum and mop and the self cleaning and drying of the roller works wonders. I read some reviews about stuff getting caught up or clogging up the vacuum but I’ve had no issues with that. Obviously you do have to clean out the debris trap well and sometimes I’ll run the auto clean twice but that still doesn’t replace having to clean it out. It’s not magical and does need to be cleaned/washed by hand which I expected so was no surprise to me even with the self cleaning doing as great of a job as it does. It isn’t loud at all, it saves so much time, it lays flat and still cleans underneath things that are tall enough for it to fit under (as long as the handle is faced up and down, otherwise the vacuum will raise up rather than staying flat to the floor for cleaning). The suction has worked great for my needs (dirt, dust, animal hair, and stuff tracked in by the dogs or on shoes from outside). It is light and looks sleek in my opinion as well. As mentioned before, other than a carpet shampooer I don’t have anything comparable to the vacuum mop to compare this to but i absolutely love it and it didn’t take any effort to put together. Would definitely recommend!!

This vacuum is saving me so much work! I’ve never had a wet/dry vacuum before. I used a mop and bucket for years. Then I went to a steam mop. That was great for the cleaning of bacteria but I had to keep changing the mop cover from room to room. Next I went with a rotary mop. But again you’re just pushing dirty water around on the floor unless you are very disciplined and mop every day.This mop is great! I wanted something that would get up a little dirt and still clean the floor. This is it. I have a Miele vacuum and it does a wonderful job of cleaning the debris off the floor and everywhere else. But you still have to clean the floor of smears or bacteria. And this vacuum makes it convenient to just use it without using my other vacuum every time. It is nice to be able to grab it for a messy doggy floor of prints and mud or slopped water and pumpkin from their food.We have three dogs. Two French Bulldogs and one Staffordshire Terrier. The Staffy sheds like crazy. So there is always hair on the floor. All she has to do is walk and hair will be behind her. So keeping up is really a chore. But this vacuum will help me a lot.That said, I did find that I will need to dump the dirt part of the dirty water tank out about halfway doing my house. Because the dog hair clogged up the filter and the water was dripping onto the floor. Also little clumps of hair started to clump on the floor. So I knew I needed to empty it. I did not vacuum first before I used the Roborock today. I think their filter could be a little bigger. That and the short cord is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.There was hardly any clean water used it seemed. The dirty tank had very little water. It could have been from all the dog hair clogging it up. And I vacuum almost every day! But if I were to vacuum first and then use this little cleaner it would not have given me any issues I’m sure. But what’s the point of that? The whole reason I bought this was so I wouldn’t have to vacuum first.We also have an old house. It was built in ‘57. So there are not a lot of electrical outlets or even in the right places. We have redone most of the house. But the laundry room and sun room haven’t had any outlets added. And that is where I chose to put this vacuum. The cord on this vacuum isn’t very long. And my outlet is about chest high on the wall. Even with the vacuum right under the outlet it wouldn’t reach. So I bought an outlet strip and mounted it down lower on the wall. Now the cord reaches just fine and is even wrapped inside under the vacuum stand.I had no problem with the battery life. I did more than half of my Ranch house and still had two bars of battery. It is not very heavy at all. Maybe five pounds. Even filled with water it is easy to lift and carry. Also this little vacuum really goes! It moves all by itself! You don’t have to push it. That is frustrating to me a bit because when I need to slow down or stop it doesn’t want to. So I will be checking to see if there is a way to change that setting.After I finished what I wanted to clean today, I emptied the dirty tank and cleaned the parts. Put it in its stand and started the cleaning cycle. That was impressive! Cleans itself and at something like 194 degrees which kills about 99.9% bacteria. Don’t quote me on that but it’s was somewhere around there. That right there is why I got the F25 LT over some of the other models. One of the other models I looked at didn’t clean that hot.It seems very durable. There are a lot of plastic parts but if you are careful and care for it I think it should last a long time and be a good value for your money. I did get it on a sale at $279. Which is pricey but I was looking down the road and since it works as advertised I think it is worth the money. The cleaning solution it came with works very well and has a nice light scent. You only have to use one quarter of the cap to add to the clean water tank. I checked on Amazon and the bottle to purchase is not inexpensive. So I may look for an alternative. All in all I’m happy with this purchase.

Holy crap I love this thing!! I have 4 yr old twins, a husband in construction, a dog, and 2 cats, and I haven’t swept in a month! I just pull this thing out and it does it all. The floor looks and FEELS great after. Not a speck of dirt or hair left to stick to my feet!I filled the soap dispenser when I set it up, I’ve cleaned my main house area 3-4 times along with a bathroom and laundry room and there’s still a ton of soap left. I was worried it would burn through soap and that’s not the case.I run the auto clean after each use. Then I empty and rinse out the dirty water and I’ve not noticed any bad odors at all!And good lord, has the water been nasty! And full of debris!!Excellent purchase!!

This is the 2nd F25 ACE wet dry vac. Why, because I love it. Bought #1 in California, and left it with the house we sold. Got to Tennessee, bought a 2nd one. BUT for some reason, the 2nd one has a leak. The process to get it fixed is a nightmare. It should be this: send me a working one, I send you the one that's not working, you do what you want with it. Not this: talk on the phone and email for a couple of weeks, then tell me to send it in for repair. In the meantime, what do I use on my floors? Oh, and yes, they gave me a label to use UPS, but I have to provide the box. Now I need to find a huge box for my Ace F25! And then they tell me the label is only good for 10 days, after that, it's my payment to cover shipping for them to fix it. When do they send me the label, the day I'm heading out of state for a vacation. Great, so when I get back from vacation, I have to hustle and find a large box to ship it back asap. Not cool. Now, having said that, I still think it's a great machine, and it works amazingly well. Wait and buy it on sale to get better value for your money. The battery lasts a good long time. Easy to maneuver and carry upstairs. Does the job well and quickly, and the floors dry fast, too. I know once I get one that doesn't have the leak problem, I'll be good to go.

This thing is absolutely amazing! I've had 3 wet/dry vacuums from different brands and this one is leaps and bounds better than the others. (My review is not sponsored in any way-it's just a really good product!)PROS: My main issue with vacuum/mop combos is cleaning them afterwards (it's quite gross), but the self cleaning and heated drying feature on this vacuum eliminates the need to handle the dirty wet parts. You just empty and rinse the dirty water tank when it tells you to, and the machine washes and dries the roller completely (as long as you empty the dirty water tank, no smells should every develop). With my previous vacuum I had to stop and empty the tank several times both while vacuuming and while running the self clean cycle, but this one seems to have a much larger capacity because I have not had to do that at all, There is also no need for hot water because it heats the water on its own, which is great for using in places such as our camper where there isn't necessarily always hot water on demand. The suction is great and the battery life is way longer compared to my previous combo vac. I also like that you can tilt it all the way down to the floor when vacuuming to get up under furniture.CON: My only issue with it is that I have to open my cabinet doors in order to clean all the way up to them because the location of the clean water tank makes the profile a bit high (so I scuffed it up pretty quickly) but I assume the tank placement is what enables the lie-flat floor cleaning, so the positives greatly outweigh that one negative.I was unsure about purchasing such an expensive product from a brand I had no prior experience with, but after a few weeks of use I can say that this was absolutely worth the money and I'll definitely be looking into roborock products first the next time I purchase a vacuum!

Aunque no compré la máquina directamente a ellos, llamé porque no era capaz de poner el idioma en español y me atendieron con muchísima paciencia y amabilidad, un diez para ellos.Y ahora sí, vamos a lo importante.Si estás dudando si comprarla… ¡ni te lo pienses!Tengo un niño de 3 años que va descalzo todo el día, una perrita y una casa con suelo antiguo ya que compramos la casa en noviembre y tenemos que hacer obras, con muchos recovecos e irregularidades donde suele acumularse la suciedad. Necesitaba una máquina que de verdad facilitara la limpieza y esta ha superado mis expectativas.Las ruedas son muy robustas, giran con muchísima suavidad y además incorpora un pequeño rodillo detrás del mango que ayuda a moverla cuando se coloca en posición de 180°. Se nota que está bien pensada.Este modelo no tiene aplicación móvil ni pantalla táctil como otros, pero sinceramente, no la echo de menos. Me gusta que sea sencilla: tres botones (encendido, cambio de modo y autolimpieza) y listo. Además, la asistencia por voz hace que todo sea muy intuitivo y fácil de usar.Antes probé otra fregadora muy conocida y me decepcionó bastante. Había suciedad que no conseguía aspirar y, al desmontar el filtro para limpiarlo, saltaron unos muelles y terminé devolviéndola el primer día.En comparación, la Roborock F25 me parece mucho más práctica. Me encanta que el depósito recoja tanto los residuos sólidos como los líquidos en un mismo recipiente, ya que resulta mucho más cómodo al vaciarlo. Al principio pensé que el filtro sería un inconveniente, pero todo lo contrario: se limpia en unos segundos, se deja secar y listo.Es un mantenimiento muy sencillo.Otro punto a favor es que también puede utilizarse para aspirar en seco sin necesidad de llenar el depósito de agua, tal y como indica el fabricante.Lo mejor de todo es el resultado. Deja el suelo muy limpio y, con un niño pequeño en casa que constantemente tira comida o ensucia, es una auténtica comodidad. Ya no tengo que barrer primero y después pasar la fregona, ni esperar a que el suelo se seque.Además, padezco una enfermedad reumatológica y necesito que las tareas del hogar sean lo más rápidas y cómodas posible. Ayant déjà eu des produits Roborock, S5, S7 et H6, je peux affirmer que le produit respire la qualité.L'aspirateur laveur est bien emballé et livré avec sa base, une brossette de nettoyage et un bidon de détergent. Assemblage rapide et simple en même pas deux minutes.J'ai un malinois, et avec ce temps de chien en ce moment, le Roborock F25 ACE me change la vie et me la facilite.La prise en main est facile et la maniabilité avant/arrière est au top avec ses roulettes automatisées.Le mode automatique me convient pleinement et aucune tâche ne lui résiste. Je m'attendais à un niveau de bruit plus élevé, je suis agréablement surpris de ce côté là.Un point important, le rouleau ne laisse aucune trace de passage sur mon sol. Les poils de chien et les cheveux ne collent pas au rouleau et sont absorbés. Pas de blocage de rouleau constaté (recul d'une semaine).Le gros plus et ce pourquoi j'ai choisi ce modèle , la trappe pour le détergent (fourni) pour la désinfection du sol !Le nettoyage redevient un plaisir.L'auto-nettoyage est rapide et laisse le rouleau propre et sec, compter 5 min max.Pour ma part, la taille du réservoir d'eau propre est suffisant pour un nettoyage d'une maison de 90 m² (cela dépendra du mode choisi et du niveau de saleté).Le petit plus, le paramétrage par l'application Roborock est intuitif et bien fait. Une fois fait, on n'y revient pas.J'ai hésité longtemps avant de sauter le pas, surtout par rapport à l'investissement que cela demande, mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup et je ne suis pas déçu de mon achat pour le moment !
