Struggled with SIBO, was on Motil pro, and a handful of other probiotics etc… this is hands down the most effective supplement for motility - side note, if you’re a woman who’s struggling with SIBO make an appointment with an endometriosis specialist to see if it’s on your bowels….

Awful. Burnt my stomach after one pill. Now need mylanta etc. Dealing with IMO post sibo is bad enough. Waste of money. Unfortunately you can’t trust google or AI for answers

GREAT FOR SIBO.... Helped SIBO more than anything I ever tried. Went from bloating and constipated to not after 2 weeks. Was scared to try for so long becuase I react bad to everything but this worked Im so happy I tried. First pillar in healing sibo is to get you gut moving. Take once at night with 2-3 magnsium citrate also in the morning when you wake up no mag.

I would love to give this product 5 stars as the first week it worked for exactly what i needed to get things going. However after that about 5 days it stopped working, no more stomach movement or growling when hungry. And in a few days after that i was back to the state i was in before i bought it. Motility it’s my issue and unfortunately it just didn’t work for me.

I won't lie, I was honestly a little scared to purchase this because of the reviews, but after trying 2 different motility activators with no results: I took the chance on this and boy am I glad I did! I take this in addition to an herbal protocol + digestive enzymes prescribed to me by an herbalist as part of a treatment to see if we can get my SIBO eradicated and I must say: it works extremely well. I'm not one for exaggeration and am the type of person who is QUITE nitpicky/skeptical of things like this, but I'm surprised to say that not only does it actually work: it also works WELL and I personally haven't had any side effects. With this + the digestive enzymes alone, I went from rarely getting hungry, feeling generally unwell, and having a BM once every 1.5 weeks at most to getting hungry every 4 hours, feeling quite a bit better, and going at least twice per day. After being sick for so long, trying so many different things, and seeing no results, it honestly feels like a godsend. My only gripe is that it's a bit pricey and the bottle is only halfway full of pills but other than that? It's great. This works for me, I wish it did for everyone else but if you're in a position like I am: it's worth a shot, at least!

Honestly, I tried this till the bottle was empty and I did not notice a difference. I was really hoping it would help, even just a little, but I did not notice any motility improvement. seek medical advice, this is only my experience.

One of the best things I’ve ever taken for bloating. I take it on an empty stomach before going to bed, and I wake up everything feels smoother.
