Great product to give you a little more resistance for workouts. I bought to use on my stroller walks with baby. I purchased the 16 pound vest so that both my husband and I can use it. I find that I have to wear a couple layers under it or it bothers my shoulders, however my husband has no issues. Adjustable fit and durable. Also versatile for many different workouts.

Muy buen material, cómodo.. si lo cargas con las manos se siente pesado, una vez puesto se siente cómodo y bien, yo pedí el de 12lb y es perfecto para caminar, te brinda ese esfuerzo extra, pero para correr no creo que sea buena idea podría provocar alguna lesión, pero para caminar está muy bien! Estoy muy contenta con la compra!! Espero les sirva!
