Best purchase this year
Hello Roborock Team, I wanted to share some feedback after several days of using my Saros 10R. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the performance of the unit. I use it on approximately 2,500 square feet of sealed stained concrete flooring, and the results have exceeded my expectations. The floors not only look cleaner than they did with my previous manual cleaning routine, but they also feel noticeably cleaner underfoot. The vacuuming and mopping performance have genuinely improved my quality of life by reducing the time and effort required to maintain my home. I particularly appreciate the mapping capabilities, obstacle avoidance, automatic recharging, and the dock’s self-maintenance features. The robot has integrated very well into our household. I do have two suggestions that I hope may be helpful for future software or hardware updates: 1. High-pile rug handling: I have a very thick shag area rug in my master suite. The Saros 10R recognizes the rug and correctly identifies it as high pile, but it currently bumps the edge and does not attempt to traverse it. I have already experimented with separate zones, custom carpet settings, reduced suction, and manual control testing. One feature that might help users in this situation would be the ability to create a virtual threshold or edge designation around a rug, allowing the robot to approach and attempt traversal using customized parameters. 2. Robot self-cleaning: The dock does an excellent job maintaining the mops and dust collection system. One enhancement I would personally love to see is a method for cleaning dust accumulation on the exterior sides of the robot itself, perhaps through a docking rotation or side-cleaning mechanism. This is certainly a minor point, but it would further enhance the premium ownership experience. Thank you for creating such an impressive product. It is rare for a household technology purchase to exceed expectations, but the Saros 10R has done exactly that for me. Best regards, A very satisfied Saros 10R owner

Excellent Robot Vacuum, but Uses More Water Than My Older Roborock
I purchased this model when the left wheel on my older Roborock S8 Pro Ultra failed, and overall I have been very impressed. The Saros 10R does an excellent job of vacuuming and mopping, and the cleaning performance is outstanding. Navigation is intelligent, suction is powerful, and the zero-tangling design is a particularly useful feature. My only observation is that it appears to use more water during mopping than my older S8. That is not necessarily a problem, but it is a noticeable difference and something prospective buyers may want to be aware of. Aside from that, the unit has performed extremely well and represents another impressive product from Roborock. It is exceptional at obstacle avoidance and the app is superior to anything else I have seen

Yes. Expensive, but give it a try if it's on sale. Great customer service.
Keep Shopping. Update 7, 2026- I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After multiple issues of the Saros 10R robot or base station, the company was helpful and replaced it 3 times. The 4th robot they sent has a random chirp noise and was sent in for repair- it was sent back worse saying it was repaired. They have now offered to ‘repair’ the robot or send me a refurbished unit. I purchased a high expectation machine that sadly cost more than one paycheck for most employees. Mistake. Go with another company. Pinch your pennies or get a loan ready! This thing is still EXPENSIVE! Roborock Saros 10R Aug 2025 $1695.99 after tx. Was it worth it?... 3 different units and 8 months later... Here's our experience and why I decided to try this at such a ridiculous price tag: What to know: 1. LVP floors(love these floors!), farmland house, 2 labs- a black, a white, 6 cats, kids (long hair), husband (farmer boots), .... shedding season (fur/dander), light inside remodel, loosing my mind keeping the dust/fur under control! 2. This is a robot sanity saver- NOTE: YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO CLEAN IT... (we use this daily- mop/vac at the same time everyday, sometimes more in main living areas. I keep tanks filled/washed out (every 3-4 days), + 10 min max! of light maintenance every 2-3 weeks: clean brushes/wheels, wipe sensors, clean tray well, wipe/make sure filter areas are clean, rinse or wash out mop pads. The Saros 10R speaks to you what it needs, if you don't hear it, the app's Notification reminds you of what needs to be addressed. Don't believe bad reviews of odors like it's a plug and forget, IT IS NOT- if you want clean, then keep your robot clean- ALL the nooks, crannies, tanks. A full dust bag or a stagnant dirty water tank warmed each run is going to stink if left sitting and growing for days. 3. I'm an avid consumer and expect a lot out of my purchases because all of our money is being stretched to THIN and we all know inflation is ridiculous, so yes, this was a luxury purchase and I expect this to last much longer than my others(4) I've had over the last decade, they each lasted 2-3yr. Tesvor & Eufy- 3 yrs max is not reliable. 4. I've held off on the mop combo because I did not want a reused-dirty-wet-pad dragging over my carpets/ rugs. Finally this had features I was looking for plus more, so this is my first mop combo and it works well. This detects carpet/rugs and kicks up stronger suction and leaves the mop in the dock or lifts mop pads up on my thick, medium pile weave so it's not spreading wet yuck, but it also self empties and washes/warm air dries the removable/laundry washable, round spinning velcro mop pads. The warm air dryer warms up the dirty water tank each time- that's why you empty it often and do a quick hand wash each time you empty it! You'll see your biofilm left behind if you miss a spot and that just makes you appreciate the daily workhorse you had to float a loan for! It really is doing a nice job that I am no longer aggravated about every. single. day!) My App Vac & Mop settings: balanced suction, 14 water flow, x1 cleaning (sometimes 2 depending on need), route standard. 5. Seems like robots are getting bigger and heavier, I need thin and small to fit. Previously they did not, but now if they can now go empty/clean/resume then why in the world would we want bigger, wider, taller, heavier that does not fit EVERYWHERE! I'm not paying to babysit a robot and do half its job. This Roborock Saros 10R had features most consumers require- it will fit most places and cleans very well: Vac/Mop/Rinse/easy App control, Boundries, Info... Here's some pro/cons: 1. it actually does it's job well using it's extender broom brush and extender mop pad and it FITS UNDER most furniture, beds, normal couches/chairs, tables, kitchen cabinet toe kick overhang, kitchen island... Isn't this why we get a robot, so we don't have to lift, rearrange, watch dust bunnies get blown around from the robots exhaust. Fitting under my couch and kitchen island was a MUST. Confirmed. 2. detects extra attention spots. Just Ok., driving light will come on in dark areas or night time (camera mode included) 3. can maneuver in/under/around dining/stool,table/chairs legs. Confirmed pending they have a few inches next to each other. 4. mostly self maintained, worth the 10 min manual maintenance every couple weeks. Confirmed. 5. BONUS- I use the camera feature more than I thought I would, driving around checking on my pets/home if needed during travel! Note- It does speak: "Remote Viewing Activated" while using, so you won't be sneaking up on anyone if they tripped your security. 6. It is a VERY quiet machine when cleaning & drying mop pads and simi-quiet(er) when purging dustbin (you can change setting in app). I had to return the eufy combo/cleaner because it sounded like an airplane when emptying dustbin, 94+ w/ a iPhone decibel meter, but Eufy did a better job mopping the floor from the very start. The Roborock Saros 10R had to work its way up for several days before I could do a clean paper towel wipe in my heavy traffic areas (because I'm curious as to what the littles are crawling around on!) Now it keeps up just fine! 7. It is slow - the 'watched pot never boils' is a thing! It was taking several hours to do main level using the AI quick and then needing a quick charge to finish up (open concept living, kit, bath, 2 kids, hall/mudroom)- I reset it, remapped and now I just do 'rooms' to keep my main areas tackled daily and that also helps with keeping the mop pads cleaner between laundering. 8. It leaves snail trails looking like it misses spots when the mop arm extends BUT it does get back to it -as long as you are not watching it... see #7 above. 9. 2 provided Dust bags are NOT reusable- what an environmental waste! I did what amazon consumers do - found reusables/ordered/use/empty/launder/reuse, it is that easy and works perfect.... 10. Mop wash IS NOT INCLUDED - they leave it up to you to figure out what would work?... you'll need to find something gentle, non corrosive, that creates no suds- but cuts the crud and bio.. because thats really the job of mopping isn't it! you can shop on Roborock (or search robot mop wash to see what works for your living/working area needs) 11. Started out great customer service: a. Immediately after I purchase off Amazon, Roborock ran a big sale, I contacted and asked and they refunded the difference! ummm YES, ThankYOU! b. 1st unit had moisture/mold in/on the dustbag collection area- they sent a return label to research why and sent me a new machine. c. 2nd unit started leaving behind DIRTY water droplets - they sent return label, new unit... d. 3rd unit right out of the box makes a HIGH PITCHED SQUEEK when turning - they recommended self help/to clear out/clean/oil.... no more communication was received from them. This 3rd unit has also started leaving DIRTY water droplets like the 2nd unit- handwashing mop pads during light maintenance is not getting the dander/biological build up removed efficiently and I think pads were getting biosaturated above the norm due to animal dander/oils and 'clean the mop' via machine isn't recognizing the overload. NOW I use this as an indicator to throw them in the next load of laundry and just like new it does MUCH better, as noted I am also doing 'rooms' so this has also helped stretch the time between throwing them in the washer. I don't really need to mop under my kids bed everyday! 12. Easy App- let this robot run a few times to get a really good feel of your layout, then set up rooms, multiple floor levels, boundaries, name your rooms, division, no go zones... pretty much whatever you need to automate. I simply set my named my rooms/floor levels/ added a room divider, and I start the robot by app manually, because I like to shake out a dog blanket, pick up dog toys or glance around since we cats (IYKYK). You DO NOT have to do this- it avoids objects very well, I just prefer it to do this quickly so I know every inch has been cleaned leaving my area fresh and fur free! (yes, less furry brown bottomed white socks for all my pet owners) Not sure what to expect about the longevity or Quality Control of these units due to the above issues, also not confident enough to spend money on another Roborock simply due to multiple issues WITH multiple units. It's one thing to get a lemon, it's another to have multi units have odd things wrong. The customer service was excellent- then heard nothing but oil the squeak myself. Working in house allows me to hear and notice more than most, so these issues might not be noticed or happen to you. Overall this robot does do what we need. I simply expect my purchases to last and work correctly. With new features and tech advancing every month in the robot cleaning world, this Saros 10R would be WELL worth it if the price was drastically reduced so maybe you can get it on sale since they've launched a new version.

Great robot but seriously, no floor solution included?
Let me get the con out of the way. How in the world they thought it was a good idea to not include even a trial size floor cleaning solution with the robot is beyond me. I'm over here digging through all of the packing material thinking I must have overlooked it. Nope. None. Nadal. Okay with that con aside, I freaking love this robot. I bought a Roomba S9+ when it first came out and have used it since. The S9 was showing it's age and iRobot quit making replacement parts. After a lot of research, I settled on the Soros 10R. What a difference 5+ years has made in robot technology. This robot is leaps and bounds beyond the S9. Besides the obvious addition of mopping, navigation through my home is amazing. Not once has it become lost or stuck. The S9, even with careful prep, would manage to get stuck at least once per cleaning. The brush design is excellent. The S9 brushes would accumulate huge amounts of hair that would mangle the rollers. The split design with different rotation speeds of the 10R has yet to have any hair stuck on it after many cleaning cycles. The side brush on the S9 would get stuck under rugs and become tangled with hair. No such issue with the 10R given the brush design and the lifting capability of both the brush and the robot. When it came to mopping, I was a bit skeptical as to how well this would work. It is actually pretty amazing how thorough it is. I don't intend to leave huge spills on the floor for the mop to clean up so I haven't tested that but as far as general mopping, I don't think it can get any better. The spinning maps work great and our oak floors have never looked so good since they were installed. It also does great at cleaning the bathroom and laundry room tile. We do not have any carpet. The 10R does great at identifying rugs and only vacuuming them. No instances of mistakenly mopping any rugs or runners which was a concern for me since they are all very light colors. The robot is significantly quieter than the S9, even when set to maximum suction when vacuuming. The sound when mopping is super low. The app gives complete control and has great functionality to taylor the robot's function exactly how you want it. Mapping was really fast and object identification worked to about 80%. I adjusted the rest of the furniture in app with ease. The robot does an excellent job of identifying and avoiding obstacles while also giving the user the option to ignore the obstacles. The only error I have seen so far is the misidentification of a spot of bright light on the wood floors as a highly soiled area. No worries, it cleaned that sun light really well. This is a great purchase at full price and an amazing deal at current holiday discounts. I don't think there are too many products, particularly when this complex, that I haven't found more cons. Roborock shouldn't have missed something so simple as sending everything needed with the purchase, even if only a trial size were included. In case you missed it, highly recommend, especially if you are coming from an older robot.

Game-changer in our home; highly recommend
UPDATE: I want to add a note about the mopping. While the mop unit is designed so that only the center of the mop pad directly receives water from the reservoir, I can tell you that 1) the whole pad gets damp, 2) in the pattern taken by the machine across your floor, each pass is about 6 inches from the prior path, meaning that there is significant overlap and it isn't relying on the whole pad being wet, and finally 3) I just watched it sweep and mop my floor and the entire floor was uniformly wet with no dry gaps. ORIGINAL: After we'd used the Roborock S7+ in our home for a few days, my wife had the best description: "This is a game-changer." We have mostly wood floors with a few rugs, and ideally everything should be vacuumed or swept at least 3-4 times per week, but that's not realistic for us with our work and family schedules. With the Roborock, we can schedule daily cleaning for high traffic areas, and clean any area on demand when we see that it needs it. For me the number one reminder of the benefit of the machine is this: when it does a scheduled run in a room that already looks clean to my eye, the dust compartment is full of dust and dog hair that would have stayed on the floor had we not had the Roborock. PROS: Proficient at picking up dirt. Good reach into corners and under furniture (it fits under our couches, which are 4.5 inches off the floor). Good maneuver/obstacle logic that keeps it from getting stuck without causing it to miss areas as a result. Intelligent room mapping and navigation, with ability to edit maps according to your needs. The benefit of mapping is 1) the robot can work in an efficient pattern based on knowledge of walls and furniture, and 2) if you manually move the robot to a room, it can scan the area and figure out where it is. Very useful phone app that can be installed on multiple phones -- I'm generally not a fan of devices that require a phone but this one is working well (see wifi note in Cons section below). Relatively quiet; I'd say similar noise level to a dishwasher, not as loud as a standard vacuum. I'm going to express lukewarm support for the mopping feature. It's really more like wiping with a damp cloth. Certainly better than nothing, but if I hired someone to mop I'd probably give them a bit of side eye if they showed up with this. CONS: Dust bin on the robot is pretty small. During the first few cleanings I had to manually empty it a few times (not difficult) while cleaning a large room. But after the initial runs (when our house was CLEANER), we can rely on the auto-emptying in the dock. For reference, this morning I did our living room, dining room, and central hallway, and the bin was about 80% full when complete. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is no detection of the level of dust in the bin; you must pause cleaning and check it yourself if you think it might be full. There is no way to send it back to the dock for emptying, then resume the cleaning job it's doing. Returning to the dock requires it to restart the cleaning job. The building blocks are all there to incorporate this into a future version of the app (with the current app you can pause and resume the cleaning, or you can stop the cleaning and send it back to the dock. There needs to be a combination of the two that will pause the job, return to the dock to empty, then resume the job). That said, there's an easy workaround for now: schedule cleanings by room, and stagger the times so it returns to the dock between each room or group of rooms. This and any other home device requiring wifi access should be set up on a guest network to separate it from your computers and phones (most consumer routers can do this). Please note that Roborock is a Chinese company, and in China all companies cooperate with the government in the collection of data. This is a high-quality product that I recommend, but I'd prefer not to give them my home wifi password (the SSID and password are given to the robot during setup).

Lifechanging if you have pets!
This thing is lifechanging! We have 4 dogs (2 shepherds) and 7 cats, and live in the country. We could make another cat and dog every day with what these guys shed. Without this, it was a never ending (and failing) battle to keep the home even halfway decently swept/vaccumed, let alone mopped. Living in the country we also constantly have dirt/mud being tracked in. Oh, we also have a wood stove so add ash/dirt/wood chips just for fun. (I feel sorry for this poor thing!) This sucker flat out works! I run it every day. The dust bin is a bit small, wouldn't want the vac without the auto-empty bin. It's full after vacuuming about half our living room. But the dock works perfectly. You can define "rooms" or sections of your house and have it auto-empty and charge after each one to address that. I put a new (washed) mop pad on and fill the water tank every night, leaves the floor nice and clean once it's done cleaning. Not necessarily perfect, especially if the dogs feet were muddy, but very good. By the 2nd cleaning it IS perfect, we rarely do an actual mopping, just clean up any spills. A few hints or comments. If you have laminate or hardwood flooring you will want the unit to mob the long direction of the boards. You can't specify mop direction, but you can divide a large room into longer, thinner sections, which causes the vacuum to run/mop the long way. If you have a litter box, inevitably some litter will be scattered. You'll want to vacuum that area first, not mop and vac a the same time. That litter will turn to mud and smear. Running a vacuum cycle first in that area addresses that issue. In the last 3 months we've had the unit, I think it's failed to make it back to the dock 1/2 times. At least one it ingested a charging cord, so that's my bad. Once it just got confused and refused to leave a specific area. A couple of cautions. If you have the herd we do, the dust bags don't last long. We get maybe 2-3 weeks out of one, which as far as I'm concerned is quite good. You can get some "aftermarket" ones for about $2.50 each. Far cheaper than factory ones. Get a number of mop pads. I put on a clean (washed) one each day and just toss them in the laundry. The only issue I've had with the unit involves charging. Even a minimal amount of dirt or contamination on the contacts will cause an error-it will "tell" you to clean them, doing so and all is good. It's more sensitive in that regard than other brands I've ordered. I've seen some comments with the dock plugging up. I've had minimal issues with it. I think 2 times it's jammed when it picked up a large wood chip from the wood stove. Only other time was when I didn't notice the dust bag was full and it backed up a bit. The directions say to only use water in the tank. I usually add 2-3 drops of the Bona hardwood floor cleaner to a tank. Hasn't caused any problems and does seem to clean a little better. What could use improvement? Well, a cyclonic dust bin so you didn't have to buy bags would be number 1. The mapping program should let you set direction for mopping for wood planks, rather than making you "cheat" as I described above. Would be nice to have it sense when the dust bin is full, or set run time for it to return to the dock and dump, rather than creating smaller rooms. And maybe a bigger dust bin-but there really isn't room for one. On hard surfaces, this is about perfect. It works well on most of our area rugs. We do have one that shows and really seems to cling to pet hair. The vacuum does "OK" on it, but not great and hair builds up over a few days. Frankly, our upright doesn't do much better, you have to go over and over it to remove much of the hair. I picked up one of the pet hair squeegees to work the hair out once in a while, seems like the best solution so far. The battery is the other issue. Not capacity, it runs for quite a while (2 hours or more). But charging is very slow. I've broken up my room cleaning schedule to allow some charging time between cycles to avoid running it down to 20%-at which point it stops vacuuming and charges to 100%, which takes several hours. If you don't have our herd and don't have to clean the whole house every day, that's probably not an issue. Schedule half the house each day. Or if you can get away with vacuuming alone without mopping it would go longer. Other comments. This is a really heavy, solid unit, both the dock and the vacuum. Very much feels substantial. We have previously had a couple Neatos and a Roborock E35. This is much, much better than any of the other units (and much, much more expensive). The previous units failed to return to base at least 1/3 of the time and you'd play "where's the vacuum" every night. The E35 had a mop, but it was "static" and just pulled along (as opposed to powered on the S7), it was pretty useless-and had no water reservoir. Paying for this was painful, but I have no regrets at this point. My only concern is life. Given our rather extreme use case I'm sure we won't do as well as most. For the price I still hope to see a few years from it.

Overwhelmingly Positive Experience — I’m Stunned!
I’m stunned by the how incredible the Saros 10R is. I’ve been a iRobot Roomba customer for twenty years, and stubbornly stayed in Roombaland much longer than I should’ve. I finally switched when my last Roomba, a once-top-of-the-line J9+ Combo, fell victim to a known charging base defect that, once broken, made recharging impossible and essentially bricked the unit. Because I was just a bit outside of warranty, iRobot wouldn’t replace my charging / mopping base and offered me $150- toward the cost of replacing it outright from them directly, which they were still selling at that time for another $1,400. I jumped ship, rage-ordered a Saros 10R on the spot, and have never looked back. I’ve owned it for the last month+ and am just gobsmacked by how much better a cleaning machine this Roborock is compared to all the other Roombas I’ve ever owned (numerous models over years). My floors have never been cleaner as the vacuuming and mopping technology this machine employs are exceedingly better than my last Roomba. It just … *works* … does what it’s supposed to, properly, when you expect it to. No more weird ‘I’m stuck’ errors or ‘I’m lost under the dining table / chairs *again* and can’t find my way out even though I’ve been here dozens and dozens of times before’ problems. No more VSLAM technology slowly chipping and scraping the hell out of my expensive walnut furniture. No more being afraid to let it run while I’m away from home because something would inevitably fail with whatever scheduled cleaning it was supposed to be running. This machine is incredible. It is solidly built. It is easy to use and set up. It quickly accurately and effortlessly mapped my home on its first mapping run. Its obstacle avoidance is superior to any other Roomba I’ve owned, and works flawlessly. It avoids bumping into any of my furniture as it is sensitive enough to get right up next to table / desk / sofa / chair / bed legs and clean around them without actually connecting or coming into contact with any of them. It’s just … well, I want to write ‘perfect’ but as nothing can be truly perfect I’ll just write I am at a loss to list anything I have a quibble with. Plus, it’s almost eerily quiet compared to my last Roomba. I can barely tell where it is in my house without looking at the app or scouting for it when it’s working unless it’s very nearby. My dog used to run out of any room my last Roomba entered, but now he just glances at the 10R and continues napping or playing or whatever without fear. My husband complained pretty frequently about how loud our last Roomba was, and I now joke to friends the Saros 10R practically saved our marriage because it’s so much quieter when it’s cleaning. My household is comprised of two adults, one pretty fluffy medium-haired cat, one small short-haired dog, no children, and mostly hard-surface flooring with low-to-medium-pile area rugs and runners in almost every room but the bathrooms. It is brand-new construction and so is without extreme-door-sill or room-threshold height challenges, but I’ve seen my Saros 10R navigate over low-furniture barriers like the base of my console and coffee tables without any difficulty whatsoever using the AdaptLift Chassis feature — that technology is pretty impressive. I love this thing. So much. If you’re a frustrated Roomba owner like I was, or looking to upgrade your Roborock, don’t hesitate — the Roborock Saros 10R … ROCKS. Ugh, sorry. I couldn’t resist.

Good, could be great
Three stars so far, but I’m going to give it another shot after a bit more research This review is really a comparison of the Saros 10R (which I had for about two weeks, 45 hours worth of cleaning) to the S8 Pro Ultra (which I had for years, with almost 2,000 hours worth of cleaning) Important caveat: I just returned my Saros 10R today, and after doing more research and model comparisons, I’m pretty sure I’ll be ordering another one as mine may have been a victim of bad QC. Pros: pretty quiet; mops well (check the cons for my issue here); didn’t get stuck anywhere; the multi-function dock is really the best upgrade Roborock has made Cons: vacuum is surprisingly bad on balanced mode (it frequently missed crumbs and bits of ice melt); the mops seemed to always leave a gap between the two heads, so I always had to schedule the mopping with a dual cycle As you can see, my two cons involve the actual cleaning capabilities, which is kind of a big deal since this thing’s job is to clean the floors. You could argue that should drop this down to a two star review, but this thing is such an improvement over the S8 I had that I’m probably suffering from a bit of halo/recency bias here For context: our flooring is 100% LVP, with no room transition barriers, two Ruggable entry rugs, and two soft bath mats. Mopping con: it leaves a gap where the two heads don’t meet. Usually its smart route overlaps a bit, but oftentimes it’ll move over just enough that it won’t go back over the gap(s). Because of this, I had to schedule the mopping to always be a dual cycle clean, which is obviously a huge waste of water, and will unnecessarily wear down components. At this price, I want this thing to last me the next couple years, easily. Vacuum con: it consistently misses stuff if it’s on balanced or quiet mode. Interestingly enough, this was never an issue with my S8, which has drastically lower suction numbers, so I’ve no clue why this Saros consistently leaves crumbs. This is the part that’s making me think maybe I got a lemon. This doesn’t seem to be a normal problem. Huge pros: 1) The auto-lift feature prevented it from getting stuck in the bathrooms. This is a huge benefit over my S8, which got stuck 100% of the time if I forgot to pick the mats up before I left the house. It still bunches the mats up quite a bit before it comes up with a plan, but it escapes the bathrooms every time and finishes the cleaning. 2) The mops definitely clean better, given how much more downward pressure is applied. We have a big dog so the S8 struggled to get paw prints up on wet weather days. The Saros doesn’t struggle at all. Really, if it didn’t leave the gap when mopping, this would easily be a 4 star review. The mops do a damn good job at scrubbing up prints, even with no detergent. 3) the dock is, by far, the biggest/best improvement. A lot of the S8’s dock isn’t even cleanable, and with kids and a dog, that thing was up against it. The only reason I upgraded is because the dock was finally starting to show signs of unreachable mold and dirt build up. To go from that filthy dock to this one was a huge, very pleasant surprise. To hit the Amazon review suggestions: personally, I think these things are worth the money ten fold. We have to vacuum every day, and mop every other (at minimum), so that’s easily 10 hours a week in time saved for me to go do not-chores. It’s also really easy to use, and the app is about as user friendly as you could get. Setup took me about 10 minutes, and the mapping was definitely more accurate than the S8 I had. All in, with full honesty, even if the next one I get still leaves a gap when mopping, I’ll likely keep it since it does such a good job overall. But if I had a lemon and the mop performs better, this is easily a 4-5 star product.

Game changer. Got rid of my house cleaner
I love RoboRock. I had hesitated in buying a robot . However, when I finally decided I investigated like crazy. IRobot was what my friends had recommended but from Reddit I read that Roborock Rocks!. I love my robot. It vacuums and washes the floor. The mop head needs to be changed every time you wash the floor. If you want super clean floor you will need to use a mop that you wring out but for touch ups this does the job. It has a good app to specify zones. I put it on before I get home so I have a clean floor each time. I could not afford the S8 model but its on my wish list.

Smart and efficient
I've been using the Roborock Saros 10R to clean my multilevel house for a week now and I love it. The app has many settings which are easy to use, the vacuum and mopping are efficient and fairly quiet, the removable tray makes maintenance really easy. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

Me gustó el producto
Lo único que no me gusta es que cuando aún le queda pila regresa a la base y ya no trabaja hasta que esta llena la pila.
