If fits snug, plenty equipment pockets with an adjustable hood for continued pounding cold rain as Houston endured with 2017 hurricane Harvey. The upper reflectors on each shoulder area are easy locators from a helicopter's spot lights. The easier one can to be located when time is critical, all party sides win.
