Pure Methylated B Complex Vitamins, 240 Capsules

I have dealt with pernicious anemia my entire life requiring injections at the doctor’s office to try and elevate my levels. These doctors office visits they inject cyancobalamin NOT methylcobalamin and trust me methylcobalamin makes all the difference. No more injections every two weeks at a doctor’s office and higher B12 levels when tested by a lab just from taking this better form of B vitamin. My energy levels have greatly improved, my thoughts are more organized and I am generally more productive. If you’ve ever struggled with B vitamin levels I would absolutely recommend using this product. I take the vitamin with food to avoid any stomach upset and have had no stomach or gastrointestinal distress from this form of the medication at all. For me the proof was in the blood tests done before I started this medication and after. There is no better proof of something then to physically see the results from a blood draw. For me that is concrete evidence.

We have only been taking this for a couple weeks so it is to soon to tell. What I can say is that they don't smell or taste like the tablet ones. They are more pleasant. I will be ordering them again.

I found out through a medical provider's test that I don't absorb B vitamins like most people do so have to take methylated folate and B-12. I had a deficiency for years without knowing why. Doctors basically ignored it or offered B-12 shots. After taking this for a year, my levels are great and I feel great. It's the only thing that brough my B-12 up. You take two small capsules per day, and each bottle lasts for months.

Not only does it have the right B’s, it also has choline and inositol. It’s a great combo. It does give me a little bit of a burp, however, but all of these B types always do lol so it’s not unusual. It does give me a bit of an indigestion. I’m also glad it’s a relatively small pill. Some of the other B’s are large and not easy to get down.

Great product, affordable if on a budget

My hubby, who doesn’t like supplements, says he feels better and has more energy when he takes these. I do too. I trust this brand name, they are affordable, and easy to swallow capsules.
