Good enough and shouldn't rust
I compared this with a only Japanese made set and they both measured the same, but these won't rust over time like the my non-stainless sets have.

Good, But Really Stainless Steel?
These were fine but I doubt that they're really stainless steel going by the amount of machine oil they came coated in. You usually do this to prevent rust on standard steel. But if they are stainless, even better; I'm not going to leave them out in the weather to check! There're plenty of thicknesses, tho a bias to the imperial system is unwelcome in Australia (or most places that are not the US ...).
