What's not to like about a Christmas and talking animals?
Adore this Christmas book that I once read to my own children on Christmas Eve long ago. It was purchased for a young family looking for more classic Christmas stories for their young children. They, too, love it. It's a nice way to build nice, enduring holiday memories.

Lovely Story
This is a lovely story that my daughter loves to listen to over and over. Her grandma has the original version and the illustrations in the original are so much nicer! I wish they hadn't updated the illustrations but at least the story remains the same.

Great Animal’s Christmas Eve book!!!
My children and now my grandchildren really enjoy this version of Christmas Eve/Nativity from the animal’s perspective and it helps young children with counting. I also have given as gifts to my nieces and nephews.

Awful quality
I had read about the issues, awful binding and so, but the very good average review made me buy it still. What a mistake. This is by far the worst quality of any book I have ever held in my hands. On top of the truly unforgivably bad binding (hard to open the book, hard to turn the pages, holding it truly feels bad - what for did I purchase a "hardcover version"?...) the print quality is also a joke. I doubt the (Chinese - hurray for outsourcing) factory even had access to the full quality original pictures. I print better quality at the mediocre school printer... POSSIBLY, there's more than one seller and/or more than one factory, which would explain the many good reviews, but I suggest DON'T BUY.

La historia está bien
la historia está bien, pero el formato del libro es muy incomodo, las tapas son duras pero están unidas de una forma estraña que no permiten que pases comodamente las hojas para contar la historia.

Great Book!
Great book! Such a cute way to teach children the REAL meaning of Christmas without overwhelming them with bible language when they are really young.
