However, I contacted company directly and after trying to trouble shoot, they eventually did send a new part, which fit perfectly. I am using this rack to store folding chairs/beach chairs in the basement. I like the fact that it is sturdy, wheels easily to move to a different area as needed and has a cover. The price is great compared to other similar products on Amazon.
