It is said to be a 20000 mAh power bank but it can hardly charge Samsung s21 FE twice. It has to be charged more than the mobile. There is no option of customer service. After talking to Amazon customer support 4 times, it came to light that you should directly go to Ambrain office. Neither it got replaced at Amazon nor the Ambrain office is getting calls.

Just recieved, it's a nice product. Will use it for sometime and check how it works. It's a pocket friendly but slightly heavy weight.
