The most closest natural form of tallow. With less processed form
I love the taste, I love the natural golden yellowing color!! I also use it for my whole body. I don’t care if it has a very lite beefy smell! What do people expect? If you want something organic , very minimal processed product. If you want something really good that is close to its natural form for your body this is the product. I am going to order again a second largest jar.

OMG - Where has this been all my life?!?
I can literally eat this straight from the jar by the spoon full. The rendered flavor of beef is intoxicating. The fact that it comes in a glass jar makes it even better. I have used this in so many ways, and the flavor is just amazing. It's so good with potatoes, mushrooms, onions and garlic to cook them in that it is insane. When the cut of meat is a little thin on the marbling you can add this to it to bring out the flavor and savor the fat. Between this stuff, ghee, butter, virgin coconut oil and single source EVOO there is literally no other reason to have a seed oil (except for cabinet doors and wood working maybe). Love it - absolutely love it! Thanks for making it available - now if I could get it in 50 gallon drums I could close my bucket list.

Smelled awful and tasted the same.
It was my fault, I should have purchased a small one first but goodness it smelled so awful. And not only that it tasted like it smelled. Super beefy. I even tried to clean it twice and while the smell did get better it was still bad. I just threw it away. So basically I paid almost $50 for a very nice glass jar. Maybe I just got a bad jar.
