Itโs broken
I only put one star cause thatโs all I can but if I can put 0 I would. It came broken I wasnโt able to open it until now and unfortunately my return window expired, it is broken from a cord that itโs suppose to go in somewhere in order to function.

As an aesthetician in my own spa, let me tell you this machine is a game changer. I love it! If you are thinking about it, just do it. The return investment is amazing. It doesnt come with the products for the facial services, those will have to be bought separately. The suction and water flow are top tier, radio frequency isn't as strong as id like but it works! Heads for hydra are plastic, silicone ones can be bought separately.
