My guess is maybe 60. Sweeter than 70 but not too sweet. Very good flavor. **Q: Are these gluten free?** A: No they are not. According to the Whole Foods website **Q: About what size are the chip chunks?** A: They are bigger and also thicker than they appear in the photo. At least twice the size of regular chocolate chips.
