Easy to use but cause bloat
These are convenient to travel with and dissolve easily. The strength is perfect and I didnโt mind the texture as it mixes with liquids easily. I did find these hard to digest and they caused bloating.

Honest review!
First time taking creatine and since I was already familiar with Promix I obviously chose them. Honestly they have to be one of the best out there! clean ingredients, works well. the only thing is it didnt dissolve well but I think that might have been my fault since i think i was using a smaller cup and not enough water !๐น

Dissolves and has zero after taste
I had given up on creatine because the other brand I had did not dissolve and left a gritty residue with whatever I tried mixing it. It also altered the flavor of the drink and made it bitter. This one does not! Excited to see how this helps with performance.
