Works just as good as unisom. Which is the brand of usually use. But this stuff alot cheaper and same results. Within 30 minutes I'm tired and ready for bed. Wake up with no head fuzz or anything

I have always been a melatonin user, so when I switched to these I noticed a marked difference in efficacy. They didn’t work for me at all, really.
