I needed something to help me sleep from time to time. Something that wouldn't make me draggy the next day,but feel well rested, and i'm glad to give this sleep ain a 2 thumbs up. I have used it a few times in the last 2 weeks so i wanted to give it a fair shot and from the 1st night the morning after is the same each time. I'm well rested not waking up multiple times throughout the night is so nice,and not being draggy the following morning is HUGE. So 2 thumbs up for this product,also takes about 40 minutes for me to start feeling sleepy but again I don't take every night i think i've taken 5 times in the 2 weeks ive had this product.

I’ve been using it for a couple of years now. I feel rested in the morning. I m a light sleeper and I sleep with earplugs but I also don’t fall asleep as soon as I as I hit the pillow. That’s why after I ve taken night time Tylenol I ve noticed this ingredient and then I going A2Z sleeping aid. I see how some people can report drowsiness but only if you don’t allow yourself at least 8 hour of sleep. I usually go to sleep at 10pm and I have my reminder set for 8pm to take it. My Husband started to take it too as he has to go sleep at 8pm to wake up at 4 am for work. I ve been recommending this to all my friends if the are light sleepers. I still wake up at night to use bathroom but I can easily fall back to sleep.

I was taking Advil PM every night to help me fall asleep and stay asleep but sometimes I didn’t need the pain relief and after some time I had to start adding a melatonin to it to help keep me asleep ( thank you menopause) Stumbled on these, gave them a try and haven’t looked back. I take one and I fall asleep within an hour and stay asleep for a solid 6-7 hours, which is amazing for us women of a certain age! I’ve been using them for several months and it’s still doing the job. I also appreciate not waking up feeling groggy or dragging the next day.
