What is the wrapping of your Dishwasher tablet made of?

The wrapping is made from PVOH, Polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) which is a water-soluble polymer. Although it is synthetic, it is unusual in that it biodegrades back to CO2 and H2O in normal conditions, without leaving microplastics.

Do I need to unwrap the tablet?

No need to unwrap the tablet - the plastic-free coating dissolves fully in your dishwasher

Are your products free from phthalates?

Can I put my dishwasher tablet in the bottom of the dishwasher?

Short Cycles, yes! Long cycles, we recommend placing the tablet in the dispenser compartment. Putting them at the bottom may cause them to dissolve too early during the prewash, leaving no detergent for the main cycle and reducing wash efficiency.

I live in a hard water area. Do I need to use additional dishwasher salt or rinse aid?

For the most effective clean and to help prevent limescale buildup, we recommend using dishwasher salt & rinse aid alongside the tablets to help soften the water, reduce water spots, and keep both your dishes and dishwasher performing at their best.
